We absolutely loved this house! Very clean compared to other pet friendly houses we've stayed at. The owner was very gracious, and due to a confusing message we sent to her, she was actually going to drive a few hours from her house to accommodate us! Glad we figured it out over the phone! If you've never stayed at Norris lake, most houses on the lake have a long staircase to the water, well worth the calories burnt! We rented a pontoon boat from Whitman's Cove marina, which is a short drive away, and convenient.

What a refreshing change of pace!
I went down there with the idea that I would only stay a few nights. Regretted that almost immediately! I was so impressed with the house and location, I wish I had booked out a week or more. Although some of the furniture were old antiques (not my style), the main things were very up to date - appliances, linens, beds, etc. I had to be pried from the HUGE jetted tub in the master bedroom. Totally awesome!! The screened in porch has seating so we could take out coffee in the morning outside. I think I fell in love with the private dock. Can't wait to book again.

3 bedroom, two bath home, with an open floor plan for the living room, dining and kitchen - great for entertaining. Cathedral ceiling in the living room/kitchen and master bedroom. See through fireplace with a stone wall in the living room. A two person jetted bath tub in the master suite bath. Two futons let out to sleep 4 more people other than the bed space that sleeps another 8. Walk out to a screened in porch to enjoy the view while having morning coffee for a relaxing way to start the day.
