We had a wonderful stay for our "Spring Break" trip. We had 2 adults and 2 teenage girls stay here. The girls loved the hot tub and horses. Beds were super comfortable and having the two bathrooms was a plus with 4 girls getting ready in the morning. Our host and hostess could not have been nicer. They even gave us fresh eggs from their chickens. We would have loved to have been able to stay for a few more days and actually check out the walking path out behind the house. The location is great if you are planning on spending a lot of time in downtown Nashville. We enjoyed being out in the country. On our trip home we all agreed that we would recommend staying here to anyone and we would love to come back and stay sometime.

4 bedroom villa
First time renting a house. The 4 bedroom villa was great. Set back off the road a pretty good piece. Nice and peaceful. We got in late but we were greeted right away. It was clean and well kept. We didn't have time to use the trails that they had marked out. We were given a tour of the house and were left alone to enjoy our stay. The villa had enough room that we weren't on top of each other. Everyone slept like babies. Mattresses were sooo comfortable. Will definitely stay here again!

Great property for a relaxing getaway!
We had a great stay! The property is spacious and sits on a lovely piece of land. It is removed from the city, but the drive into Nashville is easy and quick. The owners were very hospitable and made themselves available to make sure we had everything we needed. I would definitely consider staying here again!

Great place to stay,
We had a great time at Baker Street in Nashville. The guesthouse was very well decorated and lots of room for five people to stay. Their property is in the country but very close to downtown Nashville it was only a 20 minute drive to Broadway Street. The guest house was very clean if you needed anything Greg And Jacquie were very accommodating. The country setting was very relaxing when you came back from Nashville very quiet atmosphere. We really enjoyed our stay at 1882 Baker Street with Greg And Jacquie and their family. Thank you for having us. One observation is we felt the bathrooms needed some updating other than that we had a great stay!b

COVETED AREA!!! You can't beat the neighborhood. It's convenient to EVERYTHING! Super desirable area of Goodlettsville. We're located in the historic Magnolia Station neighborhood, close to Old Springfield Pike and Baker Road, 2 miles from I-65 and only 10 minutes from downtown Goodlettsville and Rivergate Mall. Good location to everything while still living in the best up-scale part of Nashville/Goodlettsville!. Established community.
-This is a guest villa attached to our main luxury house sitting on 10 acres.
-This is a family friendly place with another family friendly villa on the same property - so you may hear children at times. Those of you with small children please try to respect other adjoining guests and keep noise levels to a minimum - especially at night and in the morning.
-Furnished villa on 10 ACRES. 10 MIN FROM SHOPPING and DINING!! Only 10 minutes to Rivergate mall area with all the big box stores - Sears, Macys, Bestbuy, etc.

-There are stairs in this villa. For those of you with issues with stairs the good news is once you go up the stairs, all the living area is on one level.
-Pets allowed if house-broke, washed weekly and before they arrive. Pets are only allowed in the bathroom areas and are not allowed in the rest of the villa - ie. living room, bedrooms - carpeted areas and bedrooms where hair clean-up is a problem for our guest services. If you leave please crate the pet in the bathroom. Please try to respect other adjoining guests and keep noise levels to a minimum. Also if you will not be onsite during quiet hours (ie. leave for the evening until late), you must crate your pets in our gym area where their barking and howling will not bother other sleeping guests.
-Fully furnished with desk and chair, bed sheets and covers, towels, window coverings, living room furniture, kitchen table and chairs, fans, night stand, lamps, dishes, silverware, cooking pots and pans, kitchen utensils, vaulted ceiling entry-way, big yard.
-Healthy Kangen Alkaline Water, Fruits in Gummys, Essential Oils Aroma Therapy, and other surprises provided.
-Hot tub, deck, grounds, rental interior area, swing play area, parking in the front, woods and walkways, bonfire area

-We don't mind interacting but definitely can give you privacy.

-Public Transport: Not close to the home, but once you get 10 min into town there is good public transportation.
-If you are a musician feel free to ask about using the grounds as a great location for a venue."
