Minimum StayPeaceful and Unique--Truly a Blessing
We really enjoyed our stay. It was such a pleasure to deal with the owners; from first making reservations all the way to checking out, he was so friendly, helpful, and sincerely desiring us to have a great time. The atmosphere at this home is very peaceful and the accommodations are excellent-- clean and comfortable. Our large family met to spend some much needed time together as we celebrated a special event and there was plenty of room for all 12 of us. We could easily all gather in one room as well as find smaller spaces to converse one on one. The location is very convenient, just minutes off of I-65 and close enough to Nashville to enjoy time there. We especially enjoyed the uniqueness of this home with special touches such as a theme for decor in each bedroom, Kangen water provided, and most of all the owners' desire to share their home with us. God has blessed them and in turn, many, including our family have been blessed through them!

Very nice and clean. Felt like we where in the country. The place is very nice to I-65. It is a small little farm the owners are very nice and friendly. The overall experience was very nice. If we where ever to return to the Nashville area, I would differently check into this again,

Beautifully decorated, with all the comforts of home! Perfect country get away for your family. Very nice place, we would definitely stay there again! Greg and Jacquie were very accommodating to our needs, we LOVED the Kangen water!

COVETED AREA!!! You can't beat the neighborhood. It's convenient to EVERYTHING! Super desirable area of Goodlettsville. We're located in the historic Magnolia Station neighborhood, close to Old Springfield Pike and Baker Road, 2 miles from I-65 and only 10 minutes from downtown Goodlettsville and Rivergate Mall. Good location to everything while still living in the best up-scale part of Nashville/Goodlettsville!. Established community.
-This is a guest villa attached to our main luxury house sitting on 10 acres.
-This is a family friendly place. Kids are welcome!!!!

-Pets allowed if house-broke, washed weekly and before they arrive. Pets must be crated and not allowed to roam free inside the villa - mainly due to hair shedding and clean-up. Pets are only allowed in the sunroom area and are not allowed in the rest of the villa - ie. living room, bathroom, bedrooms. If you leave please crate the pet in the sunroom.
-Fully furnished with desk and chair, bed sheets and covers, towels, window coverings, living room furniture, kitchen table and chairs, fans, night stand, lamps, dishes, silverware, cooking pots and pans, kitchen utensils, vaulted ceiling entry-way, big yard
-Healthy Kangen Alkaline Water, Fruits in Gummys, Essential Oils Aroma Therapy, and other surprises provided.
-Hot tub, deck, grounds, rental interior area, swing play area, parking in the front, woods and walkways, bonfire area

Public Transport: Not close to the home, but once you get 10 min into town there is good public transportation.
If you are a musician feel free to ask about using the grounds as a great location for a venue."
