    • Accepted up to one year in advance and confirmed rate will be guaranteed.Rates are subject to change without notice unless confirmed. Primary renter must be a minimum of 21 years of age. Check-in is 3:00 p.m. until closing.There are no refunds for early departure.We do not own the chalet you have rented. The chalets are privately owned, and we act as the rental agent. No refunds due to early departure or weather. 4 wheel drive vehicles and/or snow chains are recommended for the winter months. No transportation is available to and from your unit. We reserve the right to move you to a comparable unit should the one you reserved become unavailable.

  • Cancellation Policy

    • In order to receive a refund of your advance deposit, you must contact us in writing 14/30 days prior to your arrival. A $50/$75 service fee is deducted from all refunds. There are no refunds on cancellations within the 14/30 day period prior to your arrival date. Security deposit, if applicable, will be refunded within 3 to 5 business days after check-out if unit has not been damaged.

  • Booking Process

    • Fifty Percent (50%) deposit required on all rentals, with remaining balance due in full 14/30 days prior to arrival by personal check, travelers check, money order, Master card, Visa, American Express or Discover. Must have major credit card for reservations.
