Our reunion was great at this property. The home is beautiful and had everything we needed. Thank to the owner, she was very attentive in the reservations and helped to make this an easy process. It was a great weekend. If you are looking for a beautiful old home this is the perfect place to stay the restoration of this old home is so amazing .

Exquisite decor in well maintained home
My two daughters, sons-in-law, five grandchildren, and I enjoyed staying at the 1905 Ivy Street house. My daughters were very impressed with how well the house was decorated. The children enjoyed the TV in the living room where they could all relax together on the comfortable sofas. The adults especially enjoyed the comfortable beds and the well-stocked kitchen. The house was very clean.

Excellent Vacation
We loved our stay here! The house was very spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated. There was plenty of room for everyone to sleep, and cook, and hang out. The fourth bedroom downstairs is adjacent to an outside door to the home, but was comfortable and clean. A constructive comment to the owner to put some mats or stickies in the bottom of the tubs/showers upstairs because they were very slick to get into. We would definitely stay here again!

Perfect weekend!
House was so perfect for our bachelorette weekend getaway. The place was in great shape with all the amenities we could need and everyone had plenty of space. The beds were super comfortable and there was even a few snacks for us when we arrived. The only thing I could possibly say bad was that I slipped getting into the shower, twice, so could definitely use a slip resistant mat in the tub and I will work on my clumsiness ;) never got to meet Jackie but she was super easy to get in touch with and even let us arrive a little early! Thanks for the great memories ivy cottage!

It has cable TV's in each bedroom as well as the big-screen TV in the living room, an eat-in kitchen nook that seats 4 as well as a formal dining room that seats an additional 6 guests. It has a luxury master suite. It has a DVD library, books and family games for your personal use. All the comforts of a 1900 sq ft home at the price of the average downtown hotel. It is located in a historic neighborhood currently in the process of being revitalized and restored. The home's location allows minutes access for business travelers or visitors to any of the local hospitals, businesses or UTC. You can enjoy all of the downtown and riverfront sites and activities quite easily.
Owner Description:: Year Purchased: 2010 - I grew up in Chattanooga and really enjoy coming back home so it seemed logical that I should buy a house there. There's so much for all four of my children to do there and so much to see and the location is so awesome that i couldn't resist!
