Excellent vacation home!
House was nice, clean, and had everything we needed. Views are absolutely amazing. River city cafe only about 200 yards down the beach was great. Will definitely stay here again.

A Wonderful Get Away
This home exceeded our expectations. The reviews I read were good but the experience was wonderful. The home is excellent everything was beyond our expectations. We absolutely loved was just enough space for 10 persons even though only 7 of us actually came. The home was clean we were greeted with a wonderful winter table scape, a pie it really was a nice touch. Any questions I had was answered promptly I could not ask for a nicer place to stay and company to work with. I so wanted this to be nice for my mother and she loved it. Waking up facing the water is mind blowing. We will definitely be coming back maybe in the summer. I loved the openness about this home. Great place to stay.

Just What We Needed!
Perfect beach house; very clean and well maintained. Convenient, within walking distance of restaurants. Close enough to Myrtle Beach and shopping centers if you want to go but far enough away to be away from the crowds.

Mint Julep is located in the heart of Surfside Beach and features unobstructed panoramic views of the Atlantic Ocean. The breathtaking beach and ocean views can be enjoyed from most rooms throughout the house and for an even closer look, there are four ocean front balconies with seating for guests to take in the sea breeze. This 1800 square foot, 4-bedroom, 3-bath home can comfortably accommodate ten guests. Recently renovated, Mint Julep boasts brand new hardwood floors, fresh interior paint throughout, and updated current decor. Sit back and relax after a day at the beach by watching a movie or your favorite television show on one of the 4 flat screen TV’s. Mint Julep features a kids room with 1-set of bunk beds in addition to two twins that your little ones are sure to love! Mint Julep provides private beach access, and it’s central, convenient location allows for walking distance to local eateries and the Surfside Pier. Ample parking for four vehicles.
Sea Star Realty offers the most luxurious linens in the area. Including resort quality plush towels, hand towels, face cloths, bath mats and high thread-count sheets of superior quality for each bed in your vacation home (including sleeper sofas). In each bath you’ll find complimentary elegant soaps. Waiting for you in your kitchen are kitchen towels, along with some complimentary items, including gourmet coffee, dish soap, and a kitchen sponge. Best of all, the beds will be made prior to your arrival and towels pre-hung in the bathrooms!

Surfside Beach is a nice, family oriented beach. The famous Surfside Beach Pier which offers fishing, live entertainment, food, ice cream, and much more. Excellent restaurants, unique shopping, beautiful golf courses, and excellent seafood located right here in Surfside Beach. Myrtle Beach is just a twenty minute drive for unlimited entertainment, shopping, and restaurant options.
