Welcome to SeaShellay, relax on the front porch and enjoy the ocean views! As part of the Portobello IV community, you have access to the pool (approx. 14 x 26 feet) that is shared by five homes, and of course you will be sure to enjoy the beach only 250 feet away. This home offers two front covered porches as well as a rear screened porch, ample parking, fenced backyard, and an outside shower. The first floor of this home features an open floor plan with a fully-equipped kitchen and convenient breakfast bar with plenty of seating adjacent to the dining area and main living room. The second level offers three bedrooms with 2 bathrooms, ample closets and a storage room. The master bedroom has its own bath as well as a private ocean view on the covered porch.

Including resort quality plush towels, hand towels, face cloths, bath mats and high thread-count sheets of superior quality for each bed in your vacation home (including sleeper sofas). In each bath you’ll find complimentary elegant soaps. Waiting for you in your kitchen are kitchen towels, along with some complimentary items, including gourmet coffee, dish soap, and a kitchen sponge. Best of all, the beds will be made prior to your arrival and towels pre-hung in the bathrooms!

A one hundred and twenty (120) day notice is required for cancellation. Reservations that are cancelled more than one hundred and twenty (120) days prior to the arrival date will incur a cancellation fee to cover clerical expenses. Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay or are made within 120 days of the arrival date forfeit the full advance rental payment and damage/reservation deposit. Reservations are nontransferable; requesting to change or transfer a reservation to another home, date, or person is deemed a cancellation of the current reservation. Guests shall not assign their rental agreement or sublet the home, in whole or in part. We cannot make substitutions or refunds for early departures and no show reservations. If paid, the Red Sky Travel Insurance is not refundable.
To reserve a property, simply contact us at (844) 732-7827 and we will prepare and e-mail you our rental agreement. We require that the signed documents and deposit be received within five business days. Ten percent of the rental rate is required to reserve the house, forty percent due one-hundred twenty-five days prior to arrival, and the remaining balance is due sixty days prior to arrival. We accept personal checks or credit cards but please note that for credit card payments a three percent (3%) transaction fee will be added. We also offer and highly recommend trip insurance, which covers: cancellation due to death in the family, illness that prevents travel, loss of job, mandatory weather evacuations, and more – be sure to ask your reservationist for additional information.
