From the coastal décor, to the open living/dining/kitchen plan, there is something that everyone will love. Equipped with all small and large kitchen appliances as well as a portable island makes preparing and serving meals for your family a breeze. Take in the beach air and beautiful views from one of the furnished decks, both street side and facing the ocean. Ample parking space for up to 4 vehicles.

Including resort quality plush towels, hand towels, face cloths, bath mats and high thread-count sheets of superior quality for each bed in your vacation home (including sleeper sofas). In each bath you’ll find complimentary elegant soaps. Waiting for you in your kitchen are kitchen towels, along with some complimentary items, including gourmet coffee, dish soap, and a kitchen sponge. Best of all, the beds will be made prior to your arrival and towels pre-hung in the bathrooms!

A one hundred and twenty (120) day notice is required for cancellation. Reservations that are cancelled more than one hundred and twenty (120) days prior to the arrival date will incur a cancellation fee to cover clerical expenses. Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay or are made within 120 days of the arrival date forfeit the full advance rental payment and damage/reservation deposit. Reservations are nontransferable; requesting to change or transfer a reservation to another home, date, or person is deemed a cancellation of the current reservation. Guests shall not assign their rental agreement or sublet the home, in whole or in part. We cannot make substitutions or refunds for early departures and no-show reservations. If paid, the Red Sky Travel Insurance is not refundable.
We will prepare and e-mail you our rental agreement. We require that the signed documents and deposit be received within five business days. Ten percent of the rental rate is required to reserve the house, forty percent due one-hundred twenty-five days prior to arrival, and the remaining balance is due sixty days prior to arrival. We accept personal checks or credit cards but please note that for credit card payments a three percent (3%) transaction fee will be added. **Last minute reservations made sixty days prior to arrival or less, will require full payment at time of reservation.**
