Welcome to “My Happy Place!†This beautiful 5-bedroom home is located just a short walk away from the Surfside Beach. My Happy Place has an open kitchen, living, and dining area perfect for family gatherings. The kitchen features a full breakfast bar providing additional seating for 4. The kitchen is fully equipped with all large and small appliances, cookware, and dinnerware needed to prepare and serve meals. The first floor features a large living area with hardwood floors, beautiful coastal décor, and a large flat screen TV. The master bedroom is conveniently located on the first floor with carpet flooring, a king bed and private bathroom with a double sink. The second floor has carpet throughout with four bedrooms, three bathrooms, and a laundry room. Two of the bedrooms upstairs feature two full beds in each room sharing a bathroom and a third bedroom with a queen bed and private bathroom. An additional master bedroom is also on the second floor featuring a king bed and private bathroom with a double sink. Enjoy a covered balcony on each floor on the front of the house as well as a covered balcony off of the downstairs master bedroom overlooking the private fenced in pool.
