Elegant yet livable, Abe's Corner is a 5BR 5BA second row home in Surfside Beach, SC which is loaded with amenities, including an elevator, a private pool, and ocean views! This stunning and well-maintained home is located on a large corner lot on the south end of Surfside Beach, SC. With 3000SF of living space and completely renovated in 2012, this home offers 5BR/5BA, two covered decks with ocean views, a newly resurfaced private pool, an elevator to the main level and a handicapped-accessible living area on the first floor. There is plenty of parking and beach access is directly across the street. All we need is you!

This home will accommodate 12 in beds. Bedroom set-up:
Master BR1 – On the main level with 1K and full bath – the bedroom and bath have wide doors for wheelchair accessibility and the step-in shower has handrails (please see the photos for a picture of this shower). Elevator from carport opens into this bedroom.
Master BR2 – On upper level; 1K with private bath (shower/tub combo) and balcony with ocean views!
BR 3 – Upper level; 2Q with private bath (shower/tub combo)
BR4 – Upper level, 1Q with private bath (shower/tub combo)
BR5 – Upper level, 1Q with private bath (shower/tub combo)
We provide pillows, mattress pads, blankets and comforters/bedspreads. We can also provide a linens package (sheets & towels) for a modest additional fee.
Please note: Surfside Beach is known as the Family Beach. You must be 25 years old to rent our home. We do not rent to unchaperoned groups of high school or college students. The guest who signs the rental agreement MUST stay at the home during the term of the lease.
We only rent on a weekly, Saturday-Saturday basis. No partial weeks, no discounts for shortened stays.

We love Surfside Beach!!!! We fell in love with Surfside Beach the first time we visited it. After having vacationed at OBX, Ocean Isle, North Myrtle, Isle of Palms, and Litchfield, among other fine NC/SC beaches, Surfside seems to offer the best all-around experience for our family. It's extremely family oriented; we also like the fact that there are few high rise buildings that obscure the ocean views or put 1000's of people onto the beach. There's lots to do right in Surfside (and along Hwy 17A) yet you are also close to all the amenities of Myrtle Beach, the restaurants of Murrell's Inlet or the more serene nature of Pawley's Island/Litchfield Beach and Brookgreen Gardens. Also, Charleston, Wilmington & Georgetown are a short drive away. We think you'll love Surfside too, especially if you have kids between the ages of 2-92!

We’re Dean and Jackie Noble, owners of Abe's Corner at Surfside Beach, SC. We’ve managed our own vacation rental homes for more than 20 years. We believe in honesty, integrity, and transparency in the vacation home rental process. We hope our guests value and exhibit those same traits. We will fully disclose to you our rates and the terms and conditions of renting one of our homes. Our desire is to provide you with an upscale and updated home accompanied by good old-fashioned customer service. We have a wonderful team of housekeepers, a maintenance supervisor, pool technicians and service providers who are ready and able to address any issues that arise during your stay.
Although we are not an ADA approved property, the main level of our home is wheelchair accessible, with an elevator that rises from the under-house parking area to the main level.

Neither Tripz.com nor any of its affiliate companies are a party to the rental agreement. Your reservation is not confirmed until the executed rental agreement is received. Our rental agreement will be the legally binding and governing document which spells out all details of the rental, including terms of stay, payment process and methods, cancellation policy and guest expectations. Once executed, it will supersede anything found or implied on this website. Please don't hesitate asking me any questions about it! $250 REFUNDABLE SECURITY DEPOSIT REQUIRED: Due with final payment. Pay directly to owner by check or credit card. We encourage all guests to consider purchasing travel insurance to protect you in case you have to cancel your reservation. OUR CANCELLATION POLICY: Should you cancel a confirmed reservation more than 60 days prior to your arrival, all prepaid monies will be refunded less a $250.00 cancellation fee. Cancellations made within 60 days of the arrival date forfeit all advance rents paid, unless the property rebooks for your same dates and rates, in which case your advance rents will be refunded less a $250 cancellation fee.
To confirm a reservation, we require the following: Due within 7 days of making the reservation: 1/2 the total rental rate + signed rental agreement Due 30 days prior ot arrival: the balance of rent due + the $250 refundable security deposit + optional linens package fee Full payment of the total rental rate + the refundable security deposit is due at the time of booking for all reseravtions within 45 days of arrival. We accept all major credit cards (except American Express), PayPal, personal checks and bank-issued money orders.
