It borders the Jocassee Gorges Reserve which is National Geographics 9th greatest place to visit in the world. The home has 2800 sq ft with two bedrooms and a bath on the second level; a kitchen, greatroom, dining area, bath and master bedroom on the main level; and a game room, bedroom, bath, and laundry on the lower level. The home also has about 1000 sq ft of deck with a screen porch. The private dock includes a covered slip, sun deck with grill and table, plus a swim deck with ladder. The dock can accommodate 3 boats and a jet ski. Guests may use canoe and paddle boat. Boat and jet ski rentals available near the house.
