Our first floor home offers a spacious open floor plan: living room, dining room and kitchen with 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms and a screened patio with a view of the golf course. When designing our home, our goal was to create a relaxing and comfortable retreat for ourselves and our guests. There are multiple pools and hot tubs in areas located within the resort with one just steps from your condo. Also, there is a tennis court, an on-site restaurant, bar and pro shop at the clubhouse along with a golf school for lessons from the pros.
Our home is ideally located on True Blue Plantation Golf Course, about a 5 minute drive to the beach, close to area festivals, attractions, shopping, fine and casual dining, historic plantation tours, bike trails, world class golf and so much more it is the perfect home away from home for avid golfers, beach lovers, families and snowbirds.

Pawley's Island is at the south end of the Grand Strand, close enough to all the attractions of Myrtle Beach, yet offering a feeling of getting away from it all. Pawley’s Island’s beautiful, pristine, & uncrowded beach is a peaceful and tranquil environment that is perfect for relaxing in the sun, enjoying a picnic lunch, or taking a walk along the surf. Pawley’s Island is about 20 miles south of Myrtle Beach, just north of historic Georgetown and Charleston is 70 miles to our south and is a fun day trip.
Golf:
In the “Grand Strand” area, golf is a major activity with many golf courses within a few miles of our community. True Blue is part of the Waccamaw Golf Trail.

About The Area
Pawleys Island is the original seaside community in the Unites States with 4 miles of white sand beaches. A family beach where you can enjoy fishing, crabbing, shelling, canoeing, kayaking and much more. Generations of families return to Pawleys year after year for their family vacations. Pawleys Island and the surrounding area, including Litchfield Beach, Murrells Inlet, and Georgetown, collectively make up a quaint and secluded vacation destination easily within reach of the colorful, noisy bustle of Myrtle Beach. Come here between May and October for the best shrimping, crabbing and bird watching you will find anywhere in South Carolina. November through April is the time snowbird come to escape the cold northern winters and enjoy the opportunity to play golf year round. The beaches are classic barrier island stretches of soft clean sand and gentle waves. Build sandcastles, swim in the surf, go fishing, explore the salt marsh ecosystem from a canoe or kayak, or just relax and enjoy the sun. Once the sun starts to set, wander the quaint shops or dine in one of the many great restaurants.

True Blue Plantation offers a club house with pro shop, golf academy, restaurant/bar and one of the most challenging world class golf courses you will have the pleasure to play. True Blue is rated one of America’s top 100 courses and is in the top 10 golf course in Myrtle Beach by Golf Digest. Pawleys Island is a golfers paradise. There are thirteen challenging golf courses in our immediate area (over 100 along the entire Grand Strand), designed by notable greats that include Mike Stranz, Jack Nicklaus, Pete Dye and Tom Fazio.
House Rules
Our condo is our family vacation home, family owned and managed (not a management company or an agent). I accept checks or credit cards as payment.
No smoking - No house parties
No occupancy above 8 persons includes adults and children ages 0 and up. We require the name and age of everyone who occupies our home to be included on the Rental Agreement.
Must be at least 25 years of age to rent, and be present during the entire stay; minors under 18 can only stay with parent or guardian. No third party rentals or sublets.
Rental Agreement signed by primary Guest and copy of valid Gov. Picture ID is required if you decide to book. There is a sample of the agreement on this site for you to review, a personalize agreement will be provided if you decide to book. If the required is not returned within 72 hours from booking acceptance, we reserve the right to cancel your booking and issue a refund.
60 day cancellation policy (full refund if reservation cancelled by renter 60 or more days before their scheduled arrival). We strongly recommend obtaining Trip Cancellation insurance for your trip
Your personal key code, driving directions and arrival instructions will be provided after balance is paid and few days prior to check in.
Availability is real time and may change after this email is sent. Dates are not reserved in your name until deposit (or full balance) is paid and booking is accepted by us.
Deposit refunded within 14 days after check-out if there are no damages or excessive cleaning required
Arrival is 3:00 PM ET or later and departure time is 10:00 AM ET or earlier unless arranged with the owner in advance.
We allow dogs with owner approval, a pet fee is applicable. We do not charge extra for a service dog, nor do we increase the security deposit. Guest remains liable for any and all damage caused by people or dog. Under the ADA, service animals must be harnessed, leashed, or tethered, unless these devices interfere with the service animal’s work or the individual’s disability prevents using these devices. In that case, the individual must maintain control of the animal through voice, signal, or other effective controls. Pet fee is waived for Service Animal. Standard Pet Fee is Not waived for Emotional Support Dog or Therapy Dog as the fee is allowable by law. If we discover a guest has misrepresented a pet as a service animal, we reserve the right to seek financial restitution, report fraudulent claims to government authorities and to evict the guest(s) without further notice. In the latter case, there will be no right to a refund for unused rent.
