The location and amenities at this condo were exactly what my family needed...the ocean was right in our front yard, the pool was a pleasant refreshment from the heat, the washer and dryer in the unit was essential, and our days began with drinking coffee on the balcony. Bo was excellent to work with and so responsive to our questions. Not having to bring linens and towels was a huge space saver for us as wel! We would absolutely stay here again!

Excellent 2BR Condo For Ocean Getaway
My wife and I had such a great time bringing our son to the ocean last September that we decided to come back, this time for a whole week. While the water was a little chilly for extended swimming, the weather was perfect and the beach was not crowded at all. Having the full kitchen is super convenient as we were able to prepare simple meals and avoid going out to eat every night (though The Flying Fish is worth at least one visit!). There is also a closet available on the ground floor that makes storing beach apparatus worry-free. We didn't make it to the pool (we came for the ocean), but we did utilize the outdoor shower that is located right off the path back from the beach. The condo owners are real easy to work with and respond very quickly. The balcony offers a great spot to sit and watch the ocean! Since we stayed the week, the included linens and towels were furnished and saved on the amount of stuff we needed to transport back and forth. The condo was a great fit for us as we were able to put our son in the second bedroom and not worry about waking him up. We went to the beach every day since the weather was so nice except for one. We went to Ripley's Aquarium which has a shark tunnel that was fantastic. The corner beach store across the street is under new management and offers many of the beach essentials you need. Pizza is really good there too.

Great Ocean Front Condo--2nd Stay
This was our 2nd stay in this condo for a week and it was as great as the first time we stayed. Thanks Bo for working with us on such short notice. Loved being directly on the ocean front and on the first floor. Everything was very clean and it is well furnished and the kitchen has just about anything you would need. The towels and bed linens being furnished and beds already made were definitely a plus. We enjoyed the food at Hamburger Joe's just a short distance away as well as other nearby dining places and cooking at the condo. We were very well satisfied and had a very enjoyable week. We will be back!
