The condo is nice and well equipped. On check in day, I lost the keys to the condo some how while checking in. I called the owner and he was extremely nice and helpful. Someone came to the condo within 30 minutes to give us keys. The condo is located directly above the pool bar. It was fun to sit on the balcony and listen to music at night, however when we were inside it was quiet. It was a great place to spend our vacation!

Fantastic Property - Clean and Relaxing!
We stayed at this property for four days/three nights. It was really wonderful. The views were outstanding and we completely took advantage of the beachfront location. We literally walked for miles every day and it wasn't crowded at all. The property itself is located within a large three-tower hotel, which had several indoor and outdoor pools, and lazy rivers to enjoy. There were also restaurants on site, which made it convenient for morning breakfasts. There were no issues with parking as there is a big parking deck across the street. The room we stayed in was very clean. The floors were tile and laminate which was so much better than the typical hotel, beachside-sticky feeling rugs that you get most of the time. We spent a lot of time on the balcony watching and listening to the ocean waves. We even saw dolphins from there! The room has a spacious master bedroom with a very comfortable bed and the living room has a pull-down murphy bed. Mr. Botros, the property owner, was very responsive to any questions we had and was a true pleasure to speak with. We would not hesitate to book one of his properties again - in fact we are already planning another trip in the spring and will, most definitely, reserve one of his well-maintained, beautiful properties. You won't go wrong booking this property. It was exactly what we needed to de-stress for a long weekend and just enjoy everything the beach has to offer. There were a lot of activities to enjoy within 10 to 20 minutes. There's a Tanger Outlet mall, a lot of restaurants, and our favorite excursion, the Pirate's Voyage. If you get the chance, go to that show! It was spectacular and easily within 10 to 15 minutes from the rental property.

Luxury 8th floor oceanfront one bedroom condo at Bay Watch Resort. Two 32' Flat Screen HDTVs in Bedroom, and Den. Resort is all WiFi- wireless internet.
Enjoy the many on site amenities. Enjoy your time relaxing by the indoor and outdoor pools, lazy rivers and whirlpools. There are on-site restaurant, sports bar, gift shop, and fitness center.
The condo has one king bed in the bedroom, hardwood floor. A Murphy bed and sleeper sofa in the den, tile floor. There are two cable TV's. The unit sleeps a total of 5 persons.
