Our quick family getaway turned out to be much more enjoyable than expected. A big part can be attributed to the exceptional accommodations provided by the owners of this condo. First of all booking was quick and easy. From the time we paid our fees to days after our return home, the owners made themselves available to assist with any questions or concerns without being overbearing. We arrived late for check in to the condo and both Jim and Lore met us at the property to make sure we were able to get access to the property after 10pm. The most exciting aspect of the rental was the decor and the cleanliness of the unit. The rental is well taken care of and was as exactly as described. I am a bit of a neat freak and I was so happy to see the unit was exceptionally clean, which made my vacation even more relaxing and enjoyable. The owners provide everything you need to feel at home. We enjoyed the kitchen amenities and were so pleased with the level of detail used to supply everything needed to enjoy meals. We enjoyed the unit so much, we ended up cooking all of our meals at the condo (even though we originally planned to eat out a least 1 night). One of the best things was the location and how the beach is just steps away. There are so many nice things to say about this condo! Thank you Jim and Lore for putting so much into the condo to make it feel like home! I am truly interested in making this a regular vacation spot.

Amazing !!
The condo was amazing!! It literally has everything you need inside and it has been the cleaner house I have ever been to for vacation in so far, I also loved the design and decorations of the house. The ocean view from the leaving room is amazing and the swimming pool, which I spend a lot of time in, was almost always empty being a good thing due to being able to spend more time there. Also, the location of the house was perfect because everything we needed was just a couple of minutes away, from grocery stores like Walmart and Aldi to sooo many restaurants, pizzerias, ice cream places and places to have fun with your family like parks, zoos, aquarium or Broadway at The Beach with an amusement park. My family and I had so much fun in Myrtle Beach,SC, I highly recommend this place because it just is so beautiful.

If I had a Condo...
I tend to give very objective, honest and critically-thought-out reviews and appreciate when people honestly and objectively do the same. Generally, ratings laced with mountains of descriptive and flowery superlatives are highly suspect. However, in this case, I had a difficult time finding one thing to criticize. The owners of this condo have taken great efforts to make this into a pearl on the beach. LIKES: -Well kept furniture, clean and odor-free -NO CARPETING! (what a concept!) so cleaning is simple, and no stinky, grimy dingy dirty floors -Kitchen - ample and MODERN appliances, and LOTS of utensils (no need to bring anything) -Bedspreads and linens were CLEAN, FRESH and SPOTLESS (i.e., no extra DNA for your stay) -Beds were good quality and comfortable -Bathrooms were well-lit and VERY CLEAN! (there was no extra hair ANYWHERE) -QUIET (not a lot of riff raff either) and it's away from the elevator, and you can't hear the guy in the next unit when he gets up (ahem). -Convenient (self explanatory; if you know your way around, then you know your way around) -Fairly priced - competitive with other condos of similar size, but way ahead on the condition -Laundry (Washer/Dryer): modern and QUIET, perfect size for this condo (only complaint is the access to the W/D is limited by the table, but that is very minor) DISLIKES: -NONE Owners: The owners reached out to us with a phone call after we logged our stay with VRBO. Such sweet and caring people, and it shows in how they have maintained this condo. We received all the instructions and necessary access information in plenty of time before our departure - along with a hand-written note from the owners - a very nice touch! Additionally, the owners are located near the property, and not some absentee investor two+ states away. BOTTOM LINE: Been coming down here for 45+ years, stayed in some good places, mostly marginal, some were just awful; this one? THE BEST THIS EXPERIENCE: if I had a condo, this is how I would keep it. Impressive
The unit was wonderful. Very clean, everything that you need was available and where you would expect it. Owners could not have been more helpful in communicating the logistics of our stay. We would definitely consider staying here again!

Imagine tropical breezes, colorful surroundings and brilliant sunrises. Imagine falling asleep to the rhythmic sounds of ocean waves and waking up to gorgeous views of the beach.
Relax in this spacious 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo that sleeps 6. The master bedroom has a queen size bed, generous closet, full en suite bathroom. The guest room has 2 twin beds and features its own bathroom with shower & tub. Each bedroom has a 32' flat screen TV. Living room has a loveseat and queen sleep sofa, 45' TV with DVD and selection of movies for the family. Free wireless internet is available throughout the building. Wall to wall sliding glass doors lead to the large private balcony and afford great views of the ocean from the master bedroom, living room, dining room and kitchen. The fully equipped kitchen has dishwasher, new stove and microwave, plenty of cabinet space, new granite countertop and everything you need for preparing meals. New large capacity washer and dryer were just installed.
The condo also has a large heated indoor pool, hot tub, sundeck and grassy areas with BBQ grills and picnic tables. We have easy access to and from the beach, with several showers for rinsing off the sand after a hard day soaking up the sun. Access to Banana boat rides and Parasailing are just a short walk down the beach. Fine dining, shopping, championship and miniature golf courses, theatre and nightlife are all just minutes away. Barefoot Landing is 1/2 mile and packed with shopping and restaurants. Tanger Outlet Mall is a short 5 minute car ride.
Myrtle Beach boasts of 100 golf courses, watersports, deep sea fishing, Casino boat, hundreds of restaurants and tons of live entertainment including Carolina Opry, the Alabama Theater (5 minutes away), Legends in Concert and the House of Blues. Don't forget to visit Boadway at the Beach and the Palace Theater only 10-15 minutes south, Pirates Voyage, Ripley's Aquarium, Alligator Adventure, the Myrtle Beach Skywheel, Helicopter rides, and so much more.
