This condo is a great place. Very clean an well equipt. Newly remodeled, couldn't ask for it to be any better. Very relaxing. It gave us the feeling of a home away from home.

Best Condo to stay in North Myrtle Beach
The Condo had all that one would need while on vacation. The view is amazing, the area has a store that you can walk to, plenty of shops and resturants too. East to get in and out of the building and the condo. You do not need any keys to keep up with. The beds were comfortable. A great area to relax and plenty of room on the beach to sit, walk and do some shelling! I would give this more than 5 stars! The owner Tim was great to work with and we even got to meet him. I will be back in the future!

Very very clean. Everything needed for cooking during stay. Amazing views! Great property owner! Walking distance to grocery stores, shops and restaurants. Comfortable living space for 2 adults and 4 children. Would LOVE to stay here again!!

Be one of the first to enjoy a relaxing vacation in this newly renovated oceanfront condo at The Oceans! Located in the Cherry Grove section of North Myrtle Beach, this spacious two bedroom, two bath condo has a spectacular oceanfront view with a private balcony on the 11th floor.
Your kitcben is equipped with stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, small kitchen appliances and cookware. There is also a kitchen table and chairs in addition to barstools at the bar.
Whether you choose to stay in the large master bedroom or the guest bedroom, you’ll find king size beds, flat screen TV’s, and bathrooms with granite countertops. The master bedroom includes a futon with a queen size bed.
Gather round the large screen TV (sofa has queen bed) in the living room where you can also look out over the balcony and enjoy beautiful sunrises and sunsets. WiFi internet access is available throughout the condo. Both bedrooms have flat screen tv’s that include internet for watching movies from your favorite streaming app.
Take the elevator downstairs and stroll across the beach and be sure to visit the nearby Cherry Grove Pier on your walk. Enjoy a refreshing dip in the outdoor pool on the 4th floor where a clubhouse, large laundry room, and lounge area with complimentary WiFi is also available. Walk over to visit local shops and restaurants, which include a grocery store with a bakery, deli, swimwear clothing, beach games and accessories…even a hardware store.
Drive north to eat at the famous Calabash restaurants and shops or drive south to equally famous Murrel’s Inlet. Great shopping awaits at Broadway at the Beach, Barefoot Landing, Tanger Outlet OR take the family to a family style dinner and show at Carolina Opry or Alabama Theater. Kids will appreciate a visit to miniature golf courses, Ripley’s Aquarium, ice cream shops, or movies at the mall. Enjoy multiple golf courses, parasailing, and bike rentals also.
Snowbirds are welcome November thru February. Linens are provided initially but you will need to do laundry after the first week. A $250.00 security deposit, signed rental agreement, and picture of current driver’s license are required.
