Minimum StayGreat condo - wonderful beach access!
My family stayed in this condo a couple of weeks ago - I wish we could go back lol! Anyway, it was just as described in the pictures and location. We absolutely require beachfront and it truly is - we actually liked that it was set back a little from the rest of the building because, in July, it provided us shade from the morning sun. The balcony is a great size - we had all 5 adults out there multiple times, with room to spare! The bedrooms were very nice sized for a beachfront condo with 2 bathrooms and we never had an issue with running out of hot water in the showers. The kitchen has plenty of utensils and essentials - all we had to bring was spices, soap and paper towels! We used the washer and dryer ALOT - it was so convenient and holds more than you think. The beds were very comfortable too. I LOVED the water hose rinse off station between the condo and the beach - so handy to rinse everything off before you head back to the condo. And the location is super convenient - many restaurants right down the road and the access to Rt 17. We also never had an issue finding a parking spot which surprised me. I was also pleasantly surprised by the speed of the wifi. And last but not least, Tanya is super responsive and helpful! I'd definitely reach out to her again if we ever come back to the area!

Great condo
My family stayed in this condo for a week. Everything about the condo was as described, if not better. The location was ideal for us, as we like staying on the north side. The unit itself is so clean and spacious. The balcony is huge. The kitchen is well equipped, there is an iron, broom, vacuum, washer and dryer. We enjoy these conveniences and makes it feel more like home vs a hotel setting. Tanya is very nice and great to work with. She responds quickly and makes the process very easy. We will definitely stay here again.

crab feast
My husband, me and a couple of my friends went to Crab Feast this year and stayed in this condo. We absolutely loved it. We loved the decorations so much we would have loved to have many of them. My husband liked it so much that he said that we would come back next year, same time, same condo. The owner was very pleasant to work with and any time I had a questions, she would get back to me immediately. The condo was very clean and nicely furnished. As stated - we loved it and will definitely go back - - hopefully before next year!!!

Excellent stay!
We had a very nice time staying in this condo! Everything was well maintained and clean and furnished very nicely. It was easy to book and communication during the rental process was easy and always got a timely response to all of my questions! I would definitely recommend!

Beautiful, quiet, spacious, centrally located fourth floor direct ocean front condo that has been newly remodeled. It has a wall of windows in the master and family room with oceanfront balcony and breathtaking views. The master has a king bed and the guest room has two extra long twin beds. The couch is a convertible queen sleeper sofa. The unit has full size appliances including a washer and dryer. Family room has a flat panel TV, DISH network and a DVD player. The master, kitchen, dining and family rooms have awesome ocean views. TV with DISH network in the master bedroom as well.
The family room is open to the dining area and kitchen. Kitchen has a microwave, dishwasher, breakfast bar and garbage disposal. There is a large private balcony with beautiful views of the beach and the Atlantic. There are sliding doors to the balcony from the master. There is a large heated indoor pool, oceanfront sundeck, hot tub and charcoal grill on site with picnic tables. Super easy beach access. WiFi included. No smoking or pets please.
Conveniently located. Many family attractions. Myrtle Beach boasts 100 golf courses, miniature golf, water sports / rentals, deep sea fishing, 2 outlet malls with more than150 stores, hundreds of restaurants, tons of live entertainment and a casino boat. You are within 1/2 mile of the famous Barefoot Landing. Colonial Mall is about 5 minutes away. Fishing pier just north. Live entertainment venues include: House of Blues, Alabama theater, Pirates Voyage (formerly Dixie Stampede), Carolina Opry and Legends in Concert. Broadway at the Beach is just 10-15 minutes south with even more fun things to do. Easy access to Hwy 22 and 31.
