Have had family vacations in Myrtle Beach for years. This years vacation was great, we prefer smaller complex, more personal, less congestion. Aside from the minor inconveniences, no toilet paper, no paper towels, light bulbs out, etc. There are three areas that require attention: (1) Guest bath has no temperature control in sink; (2) Master bath has electrical issue with lights over vanity - two lights bright / two lights half lighted - switch appears to be arcing; and (3) The sliding door from the living room to the balcony needs a new track (check online for 'sliding door track repair') ,not expensive. We`were 'locked out' several times as we were unable to open door from the outside - thank goodness for the bedroom door! Thank you Wayne for a great family vacation on the beach!

Wonderful week at the beach!
My husband & I came down for bike week and after a brief snafu with management, we had the time of our lives. Wayne was a wonderful host. The condo was perfect, right on the ocean. We didn't hear anything but the waves coming in off the ocean. The elevators were very quick and the other guests were super nice. The only thing that I would ask is that a channel guide be placed for those of us out of towners to be able to locate our favorite channels for early morning & late night tv viewing. If we ever make it back to Myrtle Beach again, we know where we will be staying. Thanks Wayne!

What a beautiful stay. We arrived at the Condo and found it easily the owner had sent us explicit directions . The Condo was in perfect prder6, clean and welcoming. We were amazed by the view. The children loved the fact thatbitvwas right on the beach. Easy to go for a walk at any time of day, The Condo was super well equipped and had everything you could possibly want. It was a perfect stay!

Great Vacation!
We had such a great time. Wayne was wonderful to work with very accommodating. The buliding is a little older and needs some updating, but that has nothing to do with the condo itself. It's clean, comfortable, and very spacious. The views were amazing.

This unit has free wireless internet connection in every room, Ocean Front View from the Master Bedroom, Living Room and the Kitchen. There is a fireplace, wet bar, fully equipped kitchen, sleeps 8, 3 televisions with cable TV and DVD players. A washing machine, drier and dishwasher are some of the conveniences you will find. This property is located close to the Mall, Barefoot Landing, Golfing and lots of restaurants.
