Our family had the pleasure of staying in Crescent Sands B5 the first week in April 2017. We came to the ocean for the view. This unit has a spectacular view. You are high enough to really see into the ocean. We could still hear the ocean which was wonderful. The balcony is huge. I like that there is a wrap around area where you can get out of the sun and wind if needed. There is nice furniture on the balcony for a relaxing time. Having a balcony off of the living room and bedroom is a rare find. The condo itself was very clean and had everything we could need during our week stay. The parking is never crowded and there is covered parking if you would like that. There is one elevator but it was never a problem getting it when we wanted it. We saw the condo maintenance gentleman around most days. The whole building is well cared for. The condo was a great location for golf. We had friends fly in to join us and the airport was only about 20 minutes away. Scott is great to work with. I love that he has keyless entry on his condos. Not having to go pick up and return a key is great. Can just head down to the beach and not worry about losing a key. Make sure you check out the little storage area which is next to the condos door. There are great items there to be used on the beach. The key is on the key rack with the parking passes. We had a great time and have just booked our return trip to stay in one of Scott's units again this next spring.

Relaxing family vacation,

Great condo, awesome location
This is our second time staying at Crescent Sands. Both times we have rented one of Scott's properties. He is very easy to work with. B5 was exceptionally clean and well maintained. The view was amazing. The complex is very clean and the maintenance man was always working on something to keep it nice! Brand new luggage carts were assembled during our week. We never had a problem parking right under the complex. The beach in front is nice and not too crowded. The location is great and close to a lot of attractions. Barefoot Landing is a mile away!

Perfect Beach Getaway
This is our second year staying in a Bittner Crescent Sands condo, but it definitely will not be our last. Both places (E2 last year and B5 this year) are absolutely charming, well-kept and the perfect home away from home – but with an amazing view of the ocean. It's also right down the street from Barefoot Landing – one of our favorite places – or any number of other shopping and dining choices. The building itself is also very well maintained, including the lobby, garage, and pool/deck, and everyone staying and working there is always so friendly. Hopefully we'll be back again next year!

Crescent Sands B5 is a two bedroom, two bath ocean front condo located on the fifth floor. Condo features a king size bed in the master bedroom, two twins in the second bedroom and a queen sleeper sofa. Located in the popular Windy Hill part of North Myrtle beach, this condo is within walking distance to Barefoot Landing, Hamburger Joe's, Wings gift shop and much more! Owner just purchased and renovated in January of 2016, including new laminate floors, granite counters, new furniture, fresh paint and more!
