Perfect getaway
Can't find a better place and location on Myrtle beach. Clean cozy unit with a beautiful view. Nicely decorated. Has everything to make your stay pleasant. Owner always available if you have any questions

PERFECT in every way!
This is our 3rd time renting from Kristie. My best friend and I go to myrtle every 6 months for girls weekend. All of Kristies condos are beautiful. Eveything is spotless. The bed is sooooo comfortable we kept saying how soft it was!!! All her condos have a full kitchen & ocean front. The Building has so much to offer 4-5 hot tobs with great jets and they keep them hot and clean. The pools are large. The inside of the Palace building has new carpet and paint. Everyone that works there is so sweet. We will be back in sept for girls weekend and I will book with Kristie. Our favorite place to eat is sea captains house but this time we found a hole in the wall restaurant that a friend at home recommended called Mrs. Fish its only 5 min from Kristies place and it was outstanding seafood. We had grilled scallops and shrimp!!! We will definitely go back. Thank you Kristie for your great condos and being a truly sweet person.

Driftwood Condo
Great location & accessible to all the major attractions. Condo has everything required for a perfect beach vacation. The view of the beach from the balcony is breathtaking and so is the sunrise. Best beach vacation we have had in a long time.

Amazing!
My boyfriend and I stayed at Krystie's Sea Turtle's Nest last summer for our first vacation together and everything was beyond amazing! Krystie was very accessible and so pleasant to deal with. Her room was beautiful and clean and the view from the balcony is absolutely breathtaking! It is right on the beach and at the price she offers, I could not imagine going anywhere else. We were so pleased that we just booked one of her other rooms for this summer. I would highly recommend contacting her, she made our vacation so easy! Thank you Krystie!!!

It is only 1.5 miles from the airport and 4 miles from Broadway at the beach. Coastal Grand Mall, Ripley's Aquarium, Family Kingdom and many other attractions are nearby...& 1.5 miles to the ballparks...& Market Commons...

About The Area
The Palace Resort conviently located in Myrtle Beach cental south oceanfront...12 blocks from downtown area, next to 17th Avenue South which allows easy access on and off of Beach Blvd...when you stay up the strand it may take you 20 minutes to go 1/2 mile because of the conjeston of cars and people....
In this condo you can watch the ferris-wheel and fireworks from the sofa...the views are unlimited..The Sea Turtles Nest is a studio with a full kitchen, full bath, private balcony, and plenty of storage...The queen bed is built up high in the alcove so you can watch the moon dance upon the water at night and the sofa makes into a very comfortable queen sleeper also...
The garage is attatched to the building with 24 hour security, onsite restaurant & bar...1/2 block to Walmart neighborhood store...many nearby restaurants & shops...

NO SMOKING!!!....NO PETS!!!...We ask that you think of our condo as a second home...that you will return year after year, share with family & friends ...create great meemories and feel loved...
Our cancellaton policy is 100% refund upto 4 weeks + 1 day prior to check in...after that we will only refund if we can resale the condo for the same dates...If an evacuation due to hurricane happens, we will refund, or move dates for future stays...
1 week prior to check in, I email out a Welcome Letter with directions and access codes to the condo...all the rules and expectations are given in the Welcome Letter...
