Jan and her family have a beautiful Condo. We felt so comfortable and at home there. The Condo is clean, beautiful, quiet and spacious! The location is breath taking. Jan, was gracious and professional. We stayed 5 nights, because Irma stole a day from us, however the rest of our stay was amazing. Jan was nice enough to pro-rate our stay, and we appreciated that. Our stay was too short! So much to see and do, however we enjoyed every minute of it! Jan, I am not sure if you read these or not, but I have to tell you, we did a lot of the things you recommended. We will be back real soon! Thank you for everything Jan!

Spectacular!!!
This condo is absolutely gorgeous! We spent a week in Myrtle Beach - family of five - and couldn't have had better accommodations. It felt like home. The apartment was spacious, modern, clean and bright with all the amenities you'd need (e.g., well equipped kitchen and laundry). The place is tastefully decorated, the views are breathtaking (ocean to the left, lush/green golf courses to the right). The complex itself offered so much for our family (tennis court, pool with tiki bar, as well as quick and easy access to the beach). We were pleasantly surprised that an umbrella and two beach loungers were reserved for us throughout our stay...fabulous! Dealing with Jan was an absolute pleasure! A welcome binder provided detailed information about the apartment, including suggestions for restaurants, and things to do in the area if you're not familiar with the Myrtle Beach surroundings. Overall, we enjoyed an amazing vacation. We wholeheartedly recommend staying at Maisons-sur-Mer...we'd love to stay here again. Loved it!

Awesome accommodations
I've stayed at the Maisons for nearly 15 years now. Jan's unit 1702 is by far the nicest property we've ever had the privilege of staying in. Her cleaning crew is top notch and the decor and lay out of the unit is perfect for a family or just a couple. It's like staying in a brand new property every time we visit. As long as Jan owns this property and she has an open week available for the week I come to Myrtle beach, this will always be my destination. Close to all the attractions Myrtle Beach has to offer, but off of the main grid of the hectic tourist area of the beach. Thanks again Jan for the use of your beach home. Hope to stay again next year. One last thing, you won't find a nicer owner to deal with then Mrs. Jan Amick. She's a gem of a person!

From the moment we entered the building we were impressed. We loved the way the building and grounds were maintained and especially the security. Then we opened the door to Jan and Jim's condo and it was everything that I hoped for from the pictures and more. It truly was a stunning condo, very well cared for and decorated. I think what my husband loved most was that the decorations and style of the condo was beachy. The colors were bright and beautiful. But even though it was stunning to look at, we felt like home there. We enjoyed all the amenities in the building, the pool, fitness rooms and Tiki bar. We loved every minute of our vacation and really hated to leave.

Located on the 17th floor of the prestigious Maisons Sur Mer ocean front high rise on Shore Drive in Myrtle Beach. Our condo sleeps a maximum of 6. There are 2 bedrooms (a master suite and a guest suite) plus a bonus bunk room! The bunk room is a very nautical large closet with built-in bunk beds!
Our unit had a complete professional make-over - it is beautifully designed, bright, rich looking and all brand new. Hardwood floors throughout the unit. Tiled bathrooms. Large tiled balconies.
Master Bedroom: King size bed with custom upholstered headboard and matching bed skirt. It's the 'green and white' room! Great Ocean and Beach View!
Guest Bedroom: 2 extra long twin beds. This is the 'coral and white' room. Great ocean
Bunk Room: 2 twin size built-in bunk beds. Very nautical! Each bed has a reading lantern in the wall above the pillow.
2 full baths: One with a shower, One with a tub/shower. Both bathrooms with great closets. Bright new, clean and stylish wallpaper.
Living Room: Spacious and impressive!! New white wall unit with 46' flat screen. Exquisite new artwork. Great ocean and beach view!
Dining Room: High end and stylish! Mirrors add to the ambiance. Table seats 6.
Kitchen: Fully equipped. Modern and sleek. Table and 4 chairs. Great ocean and beach view!
Balconies: There are 2 tiled balconies. One off the master bedroom and a large spacious balcony off living room has table and 6 chairs. Fabulous ocean and beach view.
This building offers 24 hour security, front desk, on site maintenance, 4 elevators, large heated pool, kiddie pool, tennis courts, putting green, game room, driving net, small restaurant, panoramic upscale cocktail lounge and also a Tiki poolside bar.
This luxurious high rise is located on Shore Drive in Myrtle Beach, smack dab on the beach. Restaurant Row is only minutes away, but you can walk the beach to other restaurants, the Apache Pier, and to Ocean Annies, a lively beach bar. We are only minutes away from Tanger Outlets, Barefoot Landing and Broadway at the Beach. Our location puts you in the middle of golf course heaven!
