This ocean front Condo is located on the south end of the strip 1 mile south of the Skywheel. Amenities include a full kitchen, washer and dryer, TV's in every room, and free high speed wireless internet. The complex is equipped with a fitness center, mini mart, indoor lazy river, both indoor/outdoor adult pools and indoor/outdoor kiddie pools including mushroom waterfalls and water jets.
Located on the 19th floor, the balcony has one of the most spectacular views of Myrtle Beach. The master is equipped with a king bed, full bathroom and a door that steps out on the the balcony with an incredible view overlooking the beach. A second and third bedrooms include two double beds in each room and a shared bath. The fourth bedroom is a 500 square foot lockout unit with two queen beds, private bath and balcony.

DEPARTURE MAID SERVICE IS INCLUDED IN ALL RENTAL RATES & CHECK OUT TIME IS BY 10:00 A.M. FOR ALL RENTALS. We ask our guests to prepare the unit for departure by emptying the refrigerator, taking out all trash, loading & starting the dishwasher, leaving no dishes in the sink or on the counters, close & lock all windows, close blinds, turn out all lights
PLEASE, NO HOUSE PARTIES. MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY IS STRICTLY ENFORCED.
ABSOLUTELY NO PETS are allowed on the premises or in the unit.
NO SMOKING IS ALLOWED IN THE UNIT OR ON THE BALCONY!. This is a no smoking unit. If you are seen smoking or the cleaning crew detects cigarette smoke in unit, you will be fined $150 and asked to leave the unit prior to your departure date.
REPORT REPAIRS OR BREAKDOWNS TO THE FRON DESK OR CALL Douglas Monda at 678-488-7656. We will do our best to have all repairs done as quickly as possible. Appliances and air-conditioners failures can be reported to the front desk. The appliances should not give you any problems however they are not guaranteed and there will be no refund due to their failure. Service calls after office hours may not be taken care of until the next day.

Check for thrown breaker in breaker box
For garbage disposal, check the reset button.
For refrigerator, make sure all settings are on NORMAL. Settings should NOT be on COLDEST setting.
Please do not re-arrange furniture or carry spreads, blankets, or furniture to the beach or to other units.
NO GRILLING or FIREWORKS from the balcony.
PARKING – All parking is in the parking decks. Be sure you have a parking permit from the front desk. There are NO CAMPERS OR MOTOR HOMES allowed on the property.
Place all garbage in the garbage bin on the first floor before you leave. Ask front desk to tell you the exact location.
VIOLATION OF HOUSE RULES WILL RESULT IN POSSIBLE DISMISSAL FROM PROPERTY WITHOUT A REFUND AND OR LOSS OF SECURITY DEPOSIT.
Property is excellent for 2 families. Minumum age requirement is 25. I do not rent to high school or college students.
