Great place to stay; highly recommend.
Three of us (golfers) rented this property October 14-19 2015. House is clean, well appointed, plenty of space, well located relative to the beach (less than a five minute walk on a quiet street). Grocery store is a five minute drive, Hwy 17 offers many restaurant options. The property owner has gone the extra mile to ensure the home is both well furnished, attention to detail with labeling of light switches, HVAC controls, and security both in and outside the home. Plenty of space for two vehicles and place to sit for adults and children alike. He is a very fair and extremely pleasant person to work with, flexible if he is able with the check in / out times. We had the opportunity to meet him upon our arrival and had a great conversation with him and his Wife. One point to keep in mind, assuming you are a golfing group, this property is in the more northern part of Myrtle Beach. This means if you are planning to play golf down near Pawley's Island (i.e. Caledonia, True Blue, Heritage), expect a one hour drive each way. Construction at two points on Hwy 17 is currently creating a significant backup. Grande Dunes is right around the corner, Tidewater, Oyster Bay, etc about 30 minutes north. Overall, very well located. Highly recommended.

Great Place
Great 4 bedroom beach house. The kids could play outside without problems. It is off the beaten path but close enough to walk anywhere. My family and I had a great time and would rent this beach house again. The house carries all the amenities needed. You will not be disappointed in this rental.

Great place with everything a family needs
The home is very spacious, and open. All the rooms are on the same level, and the living area is large. The home has everything you need to be comfortable and feel like your home, we stayed eight days and it felt like been home away from home. I love the area under the home, you can park two vehicles there and then rest of this area is like a patio. We would sit there in the evenings, it would be nice and cool. We had eight people and everyone was comfortable and happy, it never felt crowed. After walking to the beach we would end the day with at one of the pools. Driving to the board walk was easy or we would take a cab, or drive 5 minutes to the main road and have lots of restaurants or an activity to do like laser or golfing places. I think the home is great but you have to be realistic and remember, it is a rental property and several people go and come, so you can not expect everything to be perfect in the home, I think the owner is real nice and keeps the home up as best as possible considering how often and by how many people the home gets utilized.

Spacious 4 bedroom, 3 bath vacation cottage located just off "Shore Drive" in Myrtle Beach, SC. Nestled in Guest Cottages, a quiet, safe, family friendly neighborhood. Located within 100 yards of the ocean front within close proximity to 3 private neighborhood pools. Walking distance to Ocean Annie's Beach Club, River City Cafe, Sandals Bar and Grill and just a few blocks south of the Apache Pier.
This cottage is a single family home with private covered parking for 4 vehicles. The interior of the unit boasts a fully furnished kitchen, a spacious family room, sun room, laundry room, 4 bedrooms and 3 full baths. The home also includes flat panel TV’s, upgraded electronics, and free Wi-Fi access.
The exterior of the cottage features 2 decks, 2 picnic tables, 2 yard swings and a spacious private yard. Included in your vacation rental, you’ll have access to an outdoor storage room stocked with beach and pool related items, a grill for outdoor use, and an outdoor washing area. You’ll also have access to 3 neighborhood pools!
Located in the “Shore Drive†area, between Myrtle Beach and North Myrtle Beach. This area is commonly known as Restaurant Row. Convenient access to Hwy 22 and Hwy 31, 20 minutes from the Myrtle Beach International Airport, minutes from Downtown Myrtle Beach and the Myrtle Beach Convention Center. The cottage is also in immediate proximity to several major shopping, restaurants, theme parks, and golf courses.
This cottage is a smoke free and no pets are allowed *due to severe allergies. Guest must be minimum 26 years of age to reserve. Contact us for specific rates by day, week, or for long term winter-rentals. Peak season options are limited to Saturday- Saturday rentals.

This property is located 100 yards from the beachfront in a private, safe, family friendly community!  Conveniently located to the area’s most popular shopping, entertainment, restaurants and theme parks. Key attractions include Barefoot Landing, Tanger Outlets, Broadway on the Beach. Walking friendly to several pools, beach bars and restaurants, and to the East Coast’s longest wooden pier located at the “Apache Campgroundâ€.
House Rules
The following guidelines must be adhered to while renting a Guest Cottage unit.
Guest Cottage rentals must be offered to groups containing a responsible party not younger than 26 years of age who assumes responsibility for any activity in the unit during the rental period and who is on premise for the duration of the rental period.
There will be no house parties allowed within the Guest Cottage complex regardless of the age of the responsible party. Any rental group suspected of unnecessary activity within a Guest Cottage unit will be reported to the owner with the expectation of correction or immediate eviction.
 Rental occupancy limitations will be enforced as follows:Â
4 bedroom unit: no more than 10 persons
2 bedroom unit: no more than 6 persons
No pets are allowed in a Guest Cottage. Absolutely no pets are allowed to roam freely within the Guest Cottage complex regardless of the owner. (This Guest Cottage is NOT a PET FRIENDLY UNIT.)Â
Pool furniture may not be removed from the pool deck area at any time. Pool furniture is offered for the use of all owners and visitors at poolside and is not intended for private use away from the pool deck.
Absolutely no fireworks are allowed within the Guest Cottage complex. Anyone caught discharging fireworks within the Guest Cottage complex will be immediately reported to local law enforcement officials and ask to leave the property. Any persons discharging fireworks against regulations within the complex will be responsible for any and all damage caused by the firework including but not limited to: personal injury, property damage, unit fire damage, and property fire damage.
Three wheel banana bikes are not to be operated within the complex.
Golf carts owned and operated within the complex must be owned by a Guest Cottage Homeowner, registered with the Guest Cottage Homeowner Association, display a South Carolina Golf Cart Registration Certification, and be covered by a minimum $100,000.00 liability insurance. Golf carts may not be operated by a driver under 16 years of age. Any operator must have a certified automobile driver’s license from the State of permanent residency. Rental golf carts are not allowed on the Guest Cottage properties.Â
No motorcycles are allowed within the Guest Cottage complex unless owned by a Guest Cottage Homeowner and registered with the Guest Cottage Homeowners Association. Guest of Homeowner may accompany Homeowner but only if the homeowner is present and the said motorcycle is registered with the association prior to arrival. The motorcycle must display a Guest Cottage Motorcycle / Golf Cart registration. Any person bringing a motorcycle on the property without proper registration will be ordered to remove the motorcycle from the property immediately. Failure to do so will result in the rental agency and homeowner being notified with the requirement of removal of said equipment or eviction of the visitor.
