There is a patio door that allows you to hear the constant soothing waves of the ocean, see the sunrises, watch the dolphins, plus smell and taste the ocean. The view is phenomenol from the 18th floor of the resort building. There is no one looking at your unit or balcony except maybe a bird or two (privacy plus) as it is a straight out ocean view. It is you and the waves! Easy access to the beach through a gate to a short boardwalk.
The set up on the studio is unique - no walking in on a bed like a hotel room and I love the bed nook by the ocean window! It has a nice kitchen with a full size refrigerator, full size dishwasher and granite countertops plus lots of dishes, etc. It also has an apartment size stove with 4 burners, pots pans/dishes and an oven. There is also a microwave and ice maker. The floors are tile.
The unit is newly painted, updated and decorated. Covered parking and 24 hr. security.
