There is a full kitchen with granite counter tops, a full size refrigerator and apartment size stove (4 burners) and microwave. The flooring is tile throughout. The couch has a pullout drawer to make up into another queen bed. There are blinds on the windows and a curtain on the patio door. There is wifi and cable. A futon accommodates another person. Linens and towels are provided.
The property has 3 pools (1 outdoor and 1 indoor/outdoor and 4 hot tubs. In addition, there is a workout room, sauna and a steam room. A restaurant is on site and has breakfast and happy hour/dinner. There is an outdoor patio to eat/drink oceanside.
Owner operated the unit is self check in - no muss and fuss getting a key from a rental company off site.
This unit is on the 18th floor and is an oceanfront sunsuite with a quiet atmosphere in the building.
