It is located on a dead end street in the Arcadian/ Apache area east of 17, just down from Kroger and Restaurant Row. It is a great family beach and Finn McCools, Apache Campground & Pie, and Ocean Annie's is within a block.
The condo is very nicely renovated and updated. There are 2 balconies overlooking the oceanfront pool and Atlantic Ocean. There are oceanfront charcoal grills and a heated pool across the street at the other Pelican Landing buildings.
Tanger Outlets, Walmart, Barefoot Landing, and Broadway at the beach or all located within 10 minutes driving. You could walk to flip-flops restaurant or Ocean Annie's to get a drink and hear a live band perform oceanfront nightly.
