Upstairs is another master bedroom & bath (washer/dryer in this bathroom), bedroom with bunkbeds, bedroom with twin beds, bedroom with queen-sized bed, and additional full bath in hallway. All bedrooms (except bunkbed room) and living room have TV's with cable and DVD players. All linens and bath towels provided. Kitchen fully equipped with all major appliances and coffee maker, electric can opener, toaster, crock pot, and blender. Spacious dining with seating for 8.
Outside: Enjoy the large outdoor shower with hot/cold water when coming home from the beach, extra boardwalk including extra bank of outlets for parking bikes or golf cart, side deck with patio furniture and gas grill. Covered parking for up to 3 cars.

House is on quiet, relaxing street about 150 yds from the ocean. Centrally located within Ocean Lakes with easy access to convenience store, snack bar with Wi Fi, indoor/outdoor pools, rec center, and arcarde. Also close by are playgrounds, basketball and volleyball courts, horseshoes,and lakes for fishing.
