We stayed at Gary's place with our 2 kids in mid-May (prior to Memorial Day). We really enjoyed the neighborhood. We drove the golf cart to the beach every day, it was great for carting our stuff there & the kids LOVED the ride. Sometimes we entertained them just by taking a cruise around. We brought our bikes and took family bike rides (lots of safe places to ride around). We enjoyed the pool, it was a very short walk across a parking lot and we basically had the pool to ourselves. The condo was clean, nicely decorated & quiet. There was no one above or below us so we didn't worry that our kids were being noisy by running around! We had everything we needed to cook dinner a few nights while we were there & also found a few good restaurants for take-out nearby (we really enjoyed some food from the pub/bar at the entrance to the neighborhood!) Gary was very responsive and helpful. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back!

Fun week at Kingston Plantation
I recently spent a week at 2C Richmond Park. I had wanted to rent at Cumberland Terrace, but that unit was unavailable. The owner, Gary offered his other rental at Richmond Park to us. Gary was great to work with and his unit was fantastic. The unit had just gone through a total renovation. Very nice decor and super clean! This unit has all the conveniences of home. Master bath has an amazing shower with water jets and more. The views from the porch are fantastic. I hope to return in the future.

Exellent vacation spot!!
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this town home! Very nice comminity with easy access to the beach. Lots of room with everything you need for a weekend or an extended trip.

Unit #4-A Cumberland Terrace is a beautifully upgraded unit with many new renovations! Very modern decor with a contemporary design throughout! Our unit is fresh and clean...awaiting your stay! Our split floorplan is very unique...offering rooms on each floor of our townhome!
Ground level has the 2 bedrooms .....master with on-suite bathroom and second bedroom with 2 twin beds and additional bathroom......ALL WITH DIRECT ACCESS TO EXTERIOR PATIO AND CHAIRS. we have aloft too...NOW with a double bed. Separate your kids to further enjoy your vacation as well as a 3 bedroom for the price of a 2 bedroom!!!
Recent renovations & upgrades to our unit include the following:
*Granite countertops in kitchen and granite bathroom vanities.
*Brand new cabinetry in kitchen and baths.
*New stainless steel major appliances.
*Beautifully eye-catching tile backsplash in kitchen and both bathrooms.
*New sinks in both bathrooms.
New high def, flat screen TV's in each bedroom and in the living room.
*Our home has been freshly painted throughout with uniquely painted accent walls in each bedroom.
*New bedding/linens in both bedrooms.
*New furniture pieces throughout each room.
Addition features of our unit includes modern energy conscious light fixtures, an exterior deck on the 2nd floor and an aggregate patio on 1st floor! Our guests' will have direct access TO THE VERY PRIVATE Windsor Court/Cumberland Terrace community pool ( much lower occupancy than ANY other Kingston pool) via a specific gate code. CUMBERLAND TERRACE IS THE ONLY COMMUNITY THAT HAS A PRIVATE POOL IN KINGSTON PLANTATION!!!!!
As an added BONUS...because we are members of the "Crappy Golfers Association" (CGA)...we can assist you with booking your tee times! Well-designed by Rees Jones, Arcadian Shores Golf Course, is just across Kings Rd. from Kingston Plantation! So close in proximity...that you could even walk to the golf course for your booked tee time! This fun incentive is available only when renting our unit at Kingston!
