My husband and I just rented this unit and couldn't have been happier! The unit is clean, updated with everything you could possibly need. It was our home away from home! Would definitely recommend it and can't wait to return!!!

Great for larger family
Our family of six just returned from a week staying here. The condo is well appointed with comfy beds, stocked kitchen and beach toys/games. However, there were no beach chairs or a DVD player as indicated. No big deal for us though. There are only six towels and washcloths so be prepared to wash them daily or bring your own. Also, there is only one key to access the building and beach which is a minor inconvenience. Over all, a great stay!

I couldn't remember the last time I danced on a balcony to my favorite Pandora music--last night during the most beautiful sunset. The Masion sur mer is luxurious --it has it all--they delivered our food to us poolside from their restaurant we never had to leave the premise. We felt so safe and secure. We will definitely be back. The condo has all the latest technology-- just beautiful ---Mr Dodson was so easy to work with. Thank you again for allowing us to walk the white sandy beaches everyday with only a few steps from you building ----just paradise!!!

Excellent
The Masion has so much to offer you never need to leave the premises. We were able to order lunch on the ocean from the cafe and have it delivered to the security gate. The condo was clean and well stocked with many amenities. The bar was beautiful which a panaramic view of the ocean at floor level. The sunsets on the back deck at night were very relaxing. Will book vacation every year.

This spacious 2 bedroom condo is over 1,400 heated square ft on the 15th floor of the Maisons Sur Mer. This is a direct oceanfront building one building south of Kingston Plantation's Margate Tower. Maison sur Mer is a self contained resort with Tennis, Adult Pool, Kiddie pool, indoor and outdoor bar, restaurant, Gym, library, and Gameroom. The floor plan has a Living Room, Formal dining, full kitchen and a breakfast room. There are hardwood floors throughout…no carpet. The kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, refrigerator, dishwasher and microwave. This condo has been recently renovated with granite, wood flooring, tile and designer furniture.
The living room is equipped with a 60' wall mounted flat samsung smart TV with sound bar. The master bedroom has a queen size bed, walk in closet and ceiling to floor plantation shutters and a 32' flat screen TV. The second bedroom has two double beds and a 42" flat screen TV and a walk in closet. Both bedrooms have attached bathrooms. A walk-in laundry room with a washer and dryer is also inside the unit for your convenience.
There is also a large 10' by 36' Private Balcony with 2 side balconies connected to the bedrooms. Although there is not an ocean view, this unit overlooks the lakes on the Dunes Club Golf Course. You will enjoy great sunsets and night time city lights. The elevator takes you directly to the private ocean front pool and beach. Beach chairs are included in the owners closet.
