Condo Sleeps8Bedrooms3Bathrooms2Minimum Stay2 nightsOur almost new, 3 bedroom, handicap accessible vacation home, with elevator and handicap accessible bathroom is located in Magnolia Pointe at Myrtlewood, the home of two beautiful golf courses. Our home has a full sized, complete kitchen with plenty of counter space and a bar with 4 bar stools. This leads into our formal dining room with a large bay window and a large round glass topped table that can accommodate 6 to 8 people.
The living room is equipped with a couch that opens up to a queen sized bed, a chair, love seat, game table with chairs, an large screen TV VCR and DVD player. Also in the living room is a cd player and a radio. We have included a collection of books, DVD’s, VCR tapes and games for your enjoyment. The glass sliding doors take you out on to a large balcony overlooking the swimming pool, lake with fountain and barbeque area. The balcony is furnished with a table and chairs for restful outside dining or relaxing.
The large master bedroom boasts a huge window, letting in plenty of light and a large walk-in closet. The king sized bed in the room can be separated into two twin beds. The master bathroom has a double sink and a garden tub with glass sliding doors as well as a hair dryer.
The second bedroom is furnished with an extra-long double bed and has a window and a large closet, and also has a door that takes you into the main bathroom with a handicaped roll-in shower and seat. A full sized washer and dryer are located adjacent to the bathroom. The third bedroom also has an extra-long double bed, two large closets with mirrored doors and a window which lets in plenty of light.
This 1500+ square foot end unit is very spacious, light and airy. The plantation blinds on all the windows allow you to adjust the light easily. This unit is fully equipped with linens, blankets, sheets, towels and all kitchen equipment.
The beach (1 mi.), grocery, pharmacy & restaurants are accessible (1/2 mile) without going on the busy highways. Two great golf courses are located right on the property. Broadway at the Beach can also be reached without going on the highway and is less than 1 mile away. Fabulous shopping with two major outlets, Costco, Sam’s Club, Best Buy and other major stores. The Myrtle Beach Pelican’s baseball park and the airport are 10 minutes or less away.
There are live theater, clubs, water-park, aquarium, NASCAR Speed Park and many other attractions are within 10 minutes of our condo.
Although motorcycles, trailers and motor homes are not allowed in the Magnolia Pointe complex, parking is available at the office near the Myrtlewood entrance.
There is no long, frustrating check-in process for this unit. It is equipped with a touchpad entry lock, providing excellent security while eliminating the worry of lost or forgotten keys.
