Located on the seventh floor of the prestigious Maisons sur Mer ocean front high rise on Shore Drive, our two bedroom, two bath condo features the largest floor plan in the building and two large furnished covered balconies.

Features include panoramic views of the ocean from the bright, spacious rooms, well-equipped kitchen with sunlit glass-walled breakfast area, formal dining room, balcony access from all rooms (excluding bathrooms), and unique room layout allowing for maximum privacy (the two bedrooms are at opposite ends of the condo). Our unit is located on the North side of the building and overlooks the pool and tennis courts in addition to having a spectacular view of the ocean.

For the comfort of both our guests and ourselves, we rent our condo as a NON-SMOKING UNIT. For the protection of our property, HOUSE PARTIES are stictly prohibited. Renters must be families or responsible adults. At least one member of the renting party must be 25 YEARS OF AGE or older. In addition, the bylaws of our Homeowners' Association do not allow renters or guests to bring dogs, cats, or other pets onto the property.

We are proud to be owners in the Maisons sur Mer building. Long regarded to be the pre-eminent oceanfront high-rise in Myrtle Beach, Maisons sur Mer offers 24-hour security, on-site maintenance, four high-speed elevators, direct beach access, large heated pool, tennis courts (2), putting green, driving net, snack bar, and oceanfront cocktail lounge. Because only a small portion of the Maisons sur Mer condos are rental units, guests enjoy a relaxing, un-crowded atmosphere that is perfect for family vacations.

We love our Myrtle Beach condo and have tried, within our means, to make it as comfortable as possible for both guests and ourselves. We are definitely not absentee owners and operate the condo on a 'zero sum gain basis', which means that all revenue in excess of expenses generated by rentals is used for further improvements to the property. From our library of books, board games, VCR tapes, and DVD's to our comfortable beds, flat panel TVs, and wall-mounted hair dryers, we have given a lot of thought to equipping our condo with the extras that make it our guests' 'home away from home'. Included with a summer rental is the use of a beach service umbrella set (2 chairs and an umbrella) that will be set up each day by the beach lifeguard. This is a $130 value.

House Rules

The Maisons-sur-Mer property is family oriented with numerous rules to protect the guests and integrity of the property.  Below are the proerty rules as well as our terms of rental:

Rules and Regulations                                       

1.  GUEST will abide by the Maisons sur Mer House Rules as specified below:

A.   Maximum number of occupants in each condo is not to exceed 6 (six).

B.   Shoes and cover-ups must be worn at all times when entering or leaving the building and in all common areas

C.   Guests and/or renters may not bring pets onto the property

C.   Lggage carts and/or grocery baskets are not allowed in lobby area

D.   No boats, trailers, campers. motor homes or jet-skis allowed on property

E.   Only homeowners and their immediate family may bring a motorcycle onto the property

F.   No rollerblading or skateboarding allowed on property

G.  Garbage must be securely bagged and tied before dropping down trash chute (located in hallway behind elevators)

H.   No excessive noise after 11:00PM (Horry County Ordinance)

I.    Freworks are not allowed on the property or “As Posted” on our beach

J.    Do not flip cigarettes, ashes or butts off of balconies

K.    Do not drape towels over balcony railings

L.    Pool closes at 10:00PM – No swimming allowed in pool between 10:00PM and 8:00AM        

M.    No smoking at pool area

N.    No balls, floats or beach toys in the pools

O.    Pool furniture may not be reserved or taken to the beach

P.     Do not take alcoholic beverages to pool area when Pool Bar is open (South Carolina Law)

Q.    No smoking, tee shirts, cut-offs or bathing suits permitted in the Ocean Club.

R.    No shoes, beach chairs, toys, etc. shall be left out in the hallway or stairwells

S.    Promptly return luggage/shopping carts to the Ground Level

T.    Please advise owner of any maintenance items or concerns

U.    Use of the Maisons sur Mer Fitness Center is restricted to individuals 18 years of age or older

 2. GUEST will leave the unit in the same good condition in which it was found.  Departure cleaning is provided, but it is the responsibility of GUEST to dispose of all un-used food, take out all trash/garbage, and start the dishwasher loaded with any dirty dishes.  Beds should not be stripped.  Bath and kitchen linens should be collected and placed in a laundry basket near laundry room. 

3. 707 Maisons sur Mer is a non-smoking unit.  Absolutely no cigarette, cigar or pipe smoking permitted.  Entire security deposit will be forfeited if evidence is found during departure cleaning of smoking within unit or on front balcony during GUEST’s rental period. 

4.  House parties are prohibited.  Tenants must be couples, families or responsible adults with at least one member 25 years of age or older.  Picture i.d. may be required upon check for age verification.   

5.  OWNER will not be held responsible for acts of theft or vandalism causing loss or damage to GUEST’s property.

6.  GUEST will not sublet or assign the rental agreement to any other party without the express written consent of OWNER.
