Minimum StayGreat Condo, a real home away from home
3 of us spent a wonderful weekend at this condo. Everything you could need is at your fingertips. We all were especially impressed by the wonderful sheets and towels. Nicer than even the good hotels. Anthony gave us great directions and was very helpful along the way, too. I don't know what could have been better. I'm short and there was even a little step stool under the bed. They have thought of everything! I especially loved the Fishtales furniture on the screen in porch. Thanks so much.

Great facality
The facility and the surrounding area were most pleasant and relaxing. The grounds and walk ways provide a safe environment to walk and relax. Within five minutes from the condo I was walking the beautiful beach. If your looking for a home away from home this could be the place. John & Esther Castellani

Heaven at the beach
This is a beautifully decorated and well stocked condo that we have rented for one month time. It is extremely clean and comfortable . Two scenic bridge walks away from the ocean.......beautiful view of the lake from the screened in porch.....I love the gated entrance with security watching who arrives......we have already booked for next year.....Tony , I love your condo. Thank you!!

Wonderful
Wonderful condo....exceptionally clean, well maintained, and comfortable. Convenient to the hotel for the conference we were attending. Hope to return to this same condo next year (if not before).!!! Tony was awesome to work with!

Our condominium is located on a 145-acre oceanfront resort with 24-hour security. It overlooks a beautiful 20-acre fresh-water lake surrounded by tall pines and plenty of open space. A walking bridge across the lake leads to one of more than ten pools on the property. Sidewalks lead to the beach and to the many activities that are on the property.Our property is located on the ground floor in Arrowhead court.
A health club is a short walk away (at additional cost). There are also hot tubs near the beach along with two pools. A water park for children and a lazy river is located near the ocean (at additional cost).
You can enjoy over a half mile of white beach that is great for families. A short walk on the beach will take you to the longest pier on the east coast.
Our condominium is tastefully decorated with the living room/dining room and hall wallpapered. The two full bathrooms are wallpapered and have ceramic-tile floors. The kitchen is also wallpapered with a ceramic-tile floor and has a pass-through to the dining room. All cooking utensils are provided along with a blender, toaster, and disposal.
The living room has a sleeper sofa, love seat, coffee table, end table with lamp, ceiling fan and 40-inch High defination TV and DVD player with cable and HBO. There is a screened-in porch with a table and four chairs.
The master bedroom has a queen-size bed with two lamps, two night stands, dresser with mirror and 26-inch HDTV with DVD/VCR. It also has full bath with all linens included.
Second bedroom has twin beds with lamp and night stand, and dresser with mirror and 26-inch HDTV. It also has a full bath with all linens included.
A washer and dryer and iron and ironing board are also in the unit.
Check in is after 4:00P.M. and check out is By 11:00 A.M. unless other arrangements are made with owner.
