Beth Harmon requires a direct conversation with the adult responsible for the rental prior to confirming any dates. All property rules established by The Ocean Lakes Family Campground will be in effect.

Should you cancel after the initial deposit is received and I have taken C2 off all booking avenues (VRBO, etc. ), I will retain your original deposit. If I am able to re-book your same dates at any price, I will refund your initial deposit.
A personal conversation with Beth Harmon is required prior to confirming any dates. 25% of the rent amount is required to take C2 off all booking websites and gurantee it for you and your family. The balance of the rent and the $300 care deposit is due in full 30 days prior to your check-in date, at which time I will mail you parking pass applications to complete and mail in directly to Ocean Lakes. This will allow you to by-pass checking-in at the Ocean Lakes front desk when you arrive. The $300 care deposit is refundable, bassed on the condition of the house when you leave.
