North Myrtle Beach condo in perfect location
Great location, easily accessible from airport, clean and spacious, perfect for girls weekend or family vacation. Shuttle service to area stores and restaurants very handy, owner responded very quickly to any question. Would recommend to anyone needing direct oceanfront location without the hassle and cramped confines of hotel room. Would definitely stay again

Very nice condo! Lots of space and beautiful view!
Perfect family vacation! Condo was great! Clean, spacious and beautiful view! Donn was great with communication ans answered all our questions previous to stay. Only issue we had, which was minor-Pans all stick and their were no measuring spoons/cups. We made due but would be nice to have for those that like to cook while staying. Pther than that, everything was great! There were a few beach chairs in a closet and sand toys for those that do not bring their own (we brough ours) but a nice extra for those who have children. Also the beach was very clean and large. It is much nicer than the beaches near the strip! Will definitely check for availability next year with owner!

Beautiful, spacious condo
It was a quiet, enjoyable stay. Loved the spacious condo. It was beautiful and felt like home. Could use new balcony furniture but the view was wonderful. I will definitely stay again.

Great place!
This condo was very nice with a great view of the ocean. It had everything we needed to cook meals except measuring spoons...we didn't end up needing them though. The location is on the north end of Myrtle Beach and it was easy to drive anywhere we needed to go. I'd definitely rent from this family again. They were very easy to work with.

Prager stay at Royal Palms
One the nicest places that we have stayed in Myrtle Beach in 35 years. Excellent accommodations, in a clean, spacious, and well decorated condominium unit. Kingston is also centrally located between the two cities. We would stay here again without reservation. Just an FYI to the maintenance crew - the master bath sink is slow to drain, and a couple of the recessed lights were burnt out. PS The keys are on the way back to you today.

GREAT CONDO
This condo was located in a great location and had great ocean views. Loved the floor plan. Bedrooms are located at each end of the condo and living area in the middle, which gives you a lot of privacy. Condo was beautifully decorated as well. I've dealt with this owner several times before and is very accessible. Responds very quickly to all your questions. Would definitely consider staying there again.

Anyone familiar with Myrtle Beach knows that Kingston Plantation is the best place to stay in Myrtle Beach. Kingston Plantation is a 145 acre high-end, private, gated community giving you privacy and calm, and still right in the heart of all the best Myrtle Beach has to offer right out of the main gate. Kingston offers on site many pools, half mile private beach, 4 restaurants and golf right out the entrance. I can help with your golf plans, having played over 60 Myrtle Beach golf courses. Also available to you on site is a full service Health Club with Racquetball, indoor pool and 9 lighted Tennis Courts.
Royal Palms is the newest oceanfront tower, completed Spring of 2007, and with a walkway attached to the Hilton Hotel. Take the elevator right down to the beautiful private beach. Units in this building that are on lower floors, or are set back from the beach have obstructed views. Our 22nd floor condo is close to the beach side of the building and has one of the best views available in Royale Palms making it one of the most desirable units in the building.
This unit has over 1600 sq ft, and a breathtaking view over all the rooftops up the Atlantic coast. The Master Bedroom has a King Bed that separates into 2 full size beds for a 2nd sleeping option. With King bed in the Master bedroom, 2 Queen Beds in the 2nd bedroom and Queen Sofa Bed in living room you can sleep up to 8. Free WIFI throughout the property is included.
***Note regarding pools: Access to pool at Hilton and Embassy is available only when renting direct through the resort. There are numerous other pools on the property including the Royale Palms pool that are available. My rate is approximately half of the resort price, hopefully that is enough savings to sacrifice use of that pool.
