This is a completely updated house with stainless steel appliances plus a large side by side refrigerator with ice & water on the door in large kitchen ,the bathrooms were just redone with new nickel bathroom sink faucets & also tub faucets and nickel bathroom light fixtures ,all new 52 inch ceiling fans installed in all bedrooms except the bunk bed room ,new 50 inch LCD TV with HD box in living room and all new flat screen TV's in all bedrooms .We also just had all 4 decks stained.All our floors are laminate or ceramic tile.Our bedrooms all have carpet in them just installed 2 years ago.

Our house has something no other house this close to the ocean has a large 1500 sq ft ground level deck with a white 6 ft white vinyl fence for entertaining with a hammock for those lazy days.

It is a five-bedroom, three-bathroom, oceanview beach house on stilts that sits 60 ft from ocean access and is located on site 1207 in Ocean Lakes in Myrtle Beach which is a family-oriented, 24-hour gated, security patrolled community with a multitude of amenities. Ocean Lakes is located about 10 minutes from downtown Myrtle Beach and is the most complete oceanfront campground on the east coast.

With nearly a mile of privately owned beachfront, it features eight fresh water lakes, a recreation center with supervised activities for children such as day camps, fire engine rides and playground activities. Facilities on site in the campground include a heated indoor pool a outdoor olympic size pool & three kiddie pools, golf cart rental ,three snack bars and a arcade with 80+ games, a outdoor theatre with scheduled e vents, playgrounds, basketball, shuffle board, miniature golf, a full-time recreation staff, and a mile of beach all within the community grounds all on over 300 arces.

Our house has four large deck,two upper and lower decks on the front of the house and two upper and lower decks on the back of the house for great ocean viewing and is located in the very popular Holiday Inn section of Ocean Lakes. It has extra large parking for 4-5 cars as the shed is freestanding not located under the house plus there is a fully enclosed shower located under the step alcove that has both hot and cold running water.There is also a large ground level private entertaining area on back of property that has a hanging double swing .All our outside decks have real deck funiture on them with cushioned chairs not the cheap plastic junk.

This house has a very unique large L shaped open floor plan with high vaulted ceilings in the living room, dining room and large kitchen and is fully equipped with dishwasher, stove, microwave, and refrigerator with ice maker and large serving bar located between the open kitchen and living room and is located on the upper level of the house for a great ocean view.A master bedroom with a king size bed and vaulted ceiling and a full bathroom is also located on the upper level.The new maple wood laminate flooring was just installed in 2009.
The downstairs entry level has a center ceramic tile hallway with a washer/dryer located in a hallway closet.There are four bedrooms on the lower entrance level .Three bedrooms feature queen beds and the other one bedroom have a full bed on bottom and twin on top bunk set plus a pull out trundle .There are two bathrooms also located on the entrance level.This house was designed for family sharing as the downstairs bathrooms are jack and jill style connected through the queen bedroom or bunk room on each side of the house. You do not have to go into a hallway to access the bathroom so your family can have your own privacy for bathing and dressing.All 5 bedrooms have outdoor deck access along with the living room and dining room also having deck acccess. This house was also built with comfort in mind as it has two separate heat pumps for maximum cooling and heating on each level along with two separate hot water heaters so you don't run out of hot water and have to take cold showers unless you want to.

There is a total of three DVD players in the house.All you have to do is bring your linens and paper products but if you don't want to bring your own linens ,towels,sheet sets and washcloths can be provided for a additional $50.00 and you don't have to wash them before you leave just return them to the rubbermaid tubs at departure. All cleaning products are provided for you to clean with at departure or a cleaning service can be arranged for a additional $125.00.In season Memorial Day week to Labor Day week taking departure cleaning in mandatory I also have a pack n play and high chair available if needed.

Please note that because Ocean Lakes is a family-oriented community the rental of this house is intended for couples and families and not a group of young singles under the age of 25.

Upon arrival at Ocean Lakes you will need to register your vehicle and pay Ocean Lakes directly $5.00 per day for parking pass.

From Memorial Day to Labor Day I will only accept weekly rentals Saturday to Saturday.
Check in time is 3:00 pm
Check out time is 10:00 am

A $400 rental deposit that is counted towards your rental amount and a signed contract is required for booking and if current with your rental payments and you would have to cancel and I am able re-rent the unit then all your money would be returned except for a $50 administration fee.

Hurricane policy is if a mandatory evacuation is ordered your unused portion will be refunded.

Refundable damage /security deposit on the house and golf cart combined is $500 April-Sept and $400 Oct-March .This is not due till 14 days before arrival and is refunded back 1 week after departure and can be put on a credit/debit card as a hold the same way the major hotels do.
