Located in the Golden Mile of Myrtle Beach on 76th and North Ocean Blvd. Our condo offers you all the comforts of home with over 1400 square feet so you can spread out and relax. With 3 bedrooms and 2 baths this condo will comfortably sleep 8-10 and is the perfect size for a large family or families traveling together.

The Property:
The Master bedroom features a king size bed, full bath and shower. The second bedroom is equally impressive with a 1 queen bed and updated furnishings. The third bedroom also has 1 queen bed and updated furnishings as well.

Start your mornings making breakfast in your own fully equipped kitchen and sitting down at the dining room ( seats 6 ) to eat and plan your day. You may choose to take your breakfast and a cup of coffee to the balcony and enjoy the ocean breeze.

After you spend your days lounging at our swimming pool, people-watching at the beach, located just a short one-block walk from the property, or golfing at a nearby course, you can unwind in the spacious living room! The couch and love seat is a perfect place for your group to sit and chat, play games, or watch a movie on the large flat screen TV. At the end of the night, retreat to one of the lovely bedrooms, each equipped with their own flat-screen TVs, and rest up for another memorable day in the sand and surf or at the links.

The Location:
You can't beat the location, at 76th Ave and N. Ocean Blvd., removed from the hustle and bustle of Myrtle Beach. You are in a quiet neighborhood near the Golden Mile yet just minutes from Broadway at the Beach or Barefoot Landing, several golf courses and shopping galore are within minutes in a car and numerous restaurants are within walking distance if you want to stay close to home.

June 9th-23rd, June 30th- July 21st $1305.00 per week Sat. to Sat. 7 night minimum
July 28th- Aug. 4th $1395.00 per week Sat. to Sat. 7 night minimum
Aug. 11th-18th $1395.00 per week Sat. to Sat. 7 night minimum
Aug. 18th-Dec. 31 $125 per night 3 night minimum
Labor Day Weekend: Friday-Monday (August 31-Sept. 3) - $675
Long term rentals available during the off-peak season
All rentals are subject to the 13% tax and $100 cleaning fee
All guests must agree to adhere to all of our HOA rules & regulations during their stay. To ensure that everyone has a parking space, we have a strict parking policy that prohibits trailers & rented golf carts, mopeds, etc. No Pets, no smoking.

***Per HOA policy, we do not rent to groups of students or singles under the age of 25.
