This condo is wonderful. Upon arrival, it was immaculate and the furnishings were very nice with a beach themed decor. The listing is very accurate. The kitchen is fully stocked for whatever you may need. The staff at Maison's are pleasant and helpful. There are many little touches that we found endearing, like tea or coffee left by others, laundry detergent and dish soap. Kroger grocery store is less than a mile away, which is very convenient for your grocery needs. Location is optimal with many restaurants nearby; we always enjoy Chucks Steak House. Jeff and Denise are really wonderful people to rent from and their kindness makes it a great experience. This unit has unbelievable ocean views and the balcony is really awesome. This company and this condo will not disappoint!

The unit is great... beautiful view. Everything you need is available. The Owners have thought of everything and are a pleasure to work with. We will be booking with them again for sure. :)

Beautiful condo with wonderful amenities!
The unit was wonderful! Beautifully decorated, clean, with all the comforts of home. We have stayed at Maison's for the last 4 years in different units rented by Family Vacation Rentals and we have always been very satisfied. The building and grounds are great and well kept and the beach area is lovely and not crowded. Love it here and plan on returning next year. The added beach umbrella and chairs and the beach items the unit had available is a great bonus. Highly recommend this unit and all units they rent.

Extreme vacation destination
Very specious and the greatest view ever .We have been here 3 years in a row and we have stayed in quite a few places in myrtle beach .But by far the best of the best. Can't wait to come back next year ,feels like are home away from home. We absolutely love it ,will always stay here.Thank you Jeff and Denise

Family Vacation Rentals, Ltd. offers Unit #911 for your vacation destination in Myrtle Beach. Three balconies are included in the floor plan with a private balcony adjacent to the master bedroom and kitchen. Another large balcony also connects the kitchen, living room and second bedroom. The floor plan also includes a formal foyer and dining room, large living room, split bedrooms for privacy, central air conditioning and heat, two walk in closets, two spacious baths, fully equipped kitchen with a stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave and garbage disposal system.
The master bedroom has a king size bed and the second bedroom has two queen beds. The unit also has a sleeper sofa allowing the unit to sleep six comfortably. The Living Room has a 55" High Definition TV with Blue Ray player. Both bedrooms have 32" HD TV's with Blue Ray players. A laundry room with a washer and dryer is also inside the unit for your convenience. Linens are provided and included in the rental rate.
High Speed Wireless Internet is available in the unit.
Hair dryers are in both bathrooms for your use.
