Come enjoy a family environment with plenty of activities and amenities for the whole family to enjoy. Indoor pool is open year round, several outdoor pools and great kiddie splash zone open late spring to fall. Arcade, basketball courts, volleyball, skate park, Nature Center, 8 fresh water lakes to fish and feed the ducks, swans, fish and turtles. Recreational building offers discounted tickets and information to most attractions in the Grand Strand area along with scheduled activities daily for kids and families and Sunday non denominational Worship Service. Several playground areas, bocce balls and horseshoes. As you can tell, a lot of families rarely leave Ocean Lakes as there are so many activities for all ages to enjoy. Oh – and don’t forget -- miles and miles and miles of beaches to roam. Lifeguard service is on duty from May 15-September 15 and offer chair and umbrella rentals.
We are featuring site 1389 in Ocean Lakes on Lovestone Drive near Sand Dollar Lake. This house is a little over a block and a half from the beach and takes me 3-4 minutes to walk to the ocean and only about 3 minute walk to Sand Dollar Lake! Two story raised beach house with parking for up to 4-5 vehicles under the house along with storage building to put your belongings in, outdoor hot/cold shower, charcoal grill.
The first floor of the house offers a large fully furnished kitchen, large dining area with seating at table for 8 with 3 bar stools and living room has 1 nice futons (KT/DR/LR – All open to each other large L shape) and master bedroom with queen bed with full bath along with washer dryer.
The second floor contains 4 nicely laid out bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. Three of the bedrooms have queen size beds and the fourth bedroom has 2 twins. Nicely laid out bedrooms on this floor with closest space in each room.

Spring/Fall/Winter Rates -- you can opt to pay the $185/cleaning fee OR clean the house per our departure cleaning checklist. We thoroughly inspect the property after each guest.
Pet friendly property with restrictions on a few breeds - $85/non refundable pet fee per pet. Must have approval prior to arrival to bring dogs. No cats allowed.
$300 refundable security deposit required in addition to rental amount.
Cancellation Policy: If reservation is canceled 60+ days from arrival date, all money will be returned minus $300 administrative fee. If reservation is canceled less than 60 days from arrival date, no money will be returned unless we are able to rerent the property. If we are able to rerent the property for the same price, all money will be returned minus administrative fee.
