Condo Sleeps6Bedrooms2Bathrooms2Minimum Stay2 nightsOur condo is a 1st floor condo with all the amenities of being home. It is a 2 bedroom/ 2 bathroom with a pull out sofa in the living room. There is a queen bed and a twin size bed I n the Master bedroom and 2 full size bunk beds (with a twin trundle under the bottom bunk) in the spare bedroom. This condo is located on the 1st floor (of 3 floors) making access easier to get your things in and out. There are no elevators and we enjoy being 3 steps to the ground. The condo has many windows so it is airy & bright. Arcadian Dunes is a well known complex to many vacationers that have been coming to the Shore Drive area for many years. It is a safe friendly area where you are treated with southern hospitality. The grounds in the complex are well taken care of and the streets are easy blocks to walk. Please feel free to call to discuss the area or our Arcadian Condo.
Only fee you pay extra is a $20.00 parking/ pools pass at the Arcadian Dunes office. All renters in any unit are required to do so upon arrival.
