The facility is great. Found it very clean and complete as per rental information. Beautiful beach for walking. The group included 7 couples and we found there was lots of room to spread out and enjoy. Hope to go back!!

Finding a house to fit 4 families with children of all ages was a challenge. This house fit our needs to a "tee". Location was perfect; beach was very private and clean. Close enough to excellent restaurants and super close to the local grocery store and the Market Common shopping/eating area. Plenty of golf. The home was clean and well taken care of. Pool was large and the littles loved the small baby pool. We would definitely return.

OMGsh, where should I start...
Debbie L from Cape Canaveral, FL recommends this vacation rental OMGsh, where should I start... The panoramic views of the Atlantic Ocean are incredible! There are 2 wonderful decks to enjoy. The house was spotless and very comfortable. Our guests loved the Game Room. The bedrooms are so soundproof that we couldn't hear them playing pool. The Kitchen is very large and well stocked. The manager went out of his way to make sure we were happy. Everyone is still talking about our vacation and already planning to return next year!!

The area of the beach is so private and quiet.
Our family lucked out and found this beautiful house for our family get together! The house is absolutely beautiful and has everything you can possibly image to cater to your family vacation! The pool and jacuzzi were a big hit as well as the pool table. The area of the beach is so private and quiet. We are already talking about coming back next year!

Brand new to the Luxury Beach Rentals program, Atlantis (formerly "Getaway South") is a stunning 7 bedroom 7.5 bath oceanfront home with huge pool, hot tub and kiddie pool. This house has panoramic ocean views from nearly every room. The house features three oceanfront master suites all with an oceanfront balcony, private bathroom (w/ walk in shower and body sprayers). All bedrooms have their own attached bathrooms plus a common half bath on the main level. The house also features a gourmet kitchen with large gas stove, two refrigerators, two dishwashers, stand alone ice maker, island and large granite bar. The house has a large open upper deck and large main level covered deck with sitting area and outdoor speakers. There is also a large game room with pool table, table / chairs, large flat screen tv and large balcony off game room. House square footage is approximately 5700. Pool is 30' x 10 and 3' to 5' deep.
