This hidden jewel is walking distance to the beach, yet private. The "Seashell Cottage" is a mobile home that we have lovingly transformed into a beach cottage with all the comforts of home,,,,, located in beautiful Garden City Beach just 7 miles S. of Myrtle Beach and 3 miles north of charming Murrells Inlet, SC. The cottage is a 4 minute walk to the beach (3 blocks) or you may drive a golf cart or car and park directly at the end of the street in the beach access. Golf cart rentals are nearby!
This "charming" 2 bedroom, 1 bath home features hardwood floors, tile countertops, central air and all the comforts of home such as: 3 flat screen TV's, fully equipped kitchen, washer & dryer, deck outside w/ gas grill, rockers & patio furniture and parking right in front of your front door on nice concrete driveway.
