HOUSE DESCRIPTION:
Welcome to the ‘Neagle House’ - the perfect beach getaway situated direct oceanfront on Garden City Beach! Take in the salty air while enjoying breathtaking sunrises and sunsets from oceanfront deck or screened porch. Great ocean views from the living and dining areas, as well as, two of the five bedrooms throughout the home. A large flat screen TV is situated in the living area with ample space for the entire family. There is a private walkway to the beach to allow for easy access to and from the home which includes an exterior shower. Ample parking for five vehicles.
Sea Star Realty offers the most luxurious linens in the area. Including resort quality plush towels, hand towels, face cloths, bath mats and high thread-count sheets of superior quality for each bed in your vacation home (including sleeper sofas). In each bath you’ll find complimentary elegant soaps. Waiting for you in your kitchen are kitchen towels, along with some complimentary items, including gourmet coffee, dish soap, and a kitchen sponge. Best of all, the beds will be made prior to your arrival and towels pre-hung in the bathrooms!

CANCELLATIONS:A one hundred and twenty (120) day notice is required for cancellation. Reservations that are cancelled more than one hundred and twenty (120) days prior to the arrival date will incur a cancellation fee to cover clerical expenses. Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay or are made within 120 days of the arrival date forfeit the full advance rental payment and damage/reservation deposit. Reservations are nontransferable; requesting to change or transfer a reservation to another home, date, or person is deemed a cancellation of the current reservation. Guests shall not assign their rental agreement or sublet the home, in whole or in part. We cannot make substitutions or refunds for early departures and no show reservations. If paid, the Red Sky Travel Insurance is not refundable.
To reserve a property, simply contact us at (844) 732-7827 and we will prepare and e-mail you our rental agreement. We require that the signed documents and deposit be received within five business days. Ten percent of the rental rate is required to reserve the house, forty percent due one-hundred twenty-five days prior to arrival, and the remaining balance is due sixty days prior to arrival. We accept personal checks or credit cards but please note that for credit card payments a three percent (3%) transaction fee will be added. We also offer and highly recommend trip insurance, which covers: cancellation due to death in the family, illness that prevents travel, loss of job, mandatory weather evacuations, and more – be sure to ask your reservationist for additional information.
