The owners of this property have made this a very nice little villa on the beach. The layout is nice with the bedroom near the front of the condo and the living area to the back overlooking the beach. Bath and kitchen, in fact the entire unit, has been recently remodeled. Crown moldings throughout the entire villa. You don't see that every day. This is literally just steps to the beach and is part of the complex Ocean Dunes, which sits between two other very nice condo establishments. The grounds are very nice as well and very well maintained. The villa is also very well furnished. My only suggestion would be to put a king size bed in rather than the queen. It was fine for us, but we are used to a king. Other than that, a very wonderful place to spend a week and the location is perfect.

Very cute condo, great location!
My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at 108 Ocean Dunes! The condo was clean, well stocked. So nice having the view of the ocean and easy access. The only thing we might suggest be changed is the queen mattress, it was a little to soft.

A Beautiful Oceanfront Condo
We were so wonderfully surprised when we opened the door and walked into this condo. We knew from the pictures that it was beautiful, but it was better than the pictures. We needed a restful stay, and this place was just that for us. It was very comfortable, and clean. We loved sitting on the balcony, eating our meals, and looking out at the ocean. You can even hear the ocean! And you have such easy access to the beach. We would stay here again and highly recommend this condo. Thank you Brian and Melissa, our time couldn't have been better. Quality updates and decorating make for a wonderful environment. Thoughtful provisioning makes for efficient and easy living. Location is just right, only steps from the pool and a short walk to the beach. Sunrise coffee on the balcony a great way to start each day. Instant relaxation. We are looking for next year's dates already.

Ocean Dunes provides a tranquil ocean front experience. Just steps outside of the door, we boast our own private pool with direct beach access & private beach cabana that includes showers & bathrooms. Coligny Plaza & public beach are located a few blocks down (within walking distance). The plaza offers unique shopping, casual or fine dining, as well as great live entertainment. Sea Pines infamous Harbor Town & South Beach make for a great bike ride or short drive. Golfers will enjoy dozens of challenging public championship golf courses.
Bed linens, bath towels, extra pillows & blankets, plus a small supply of toiletries are supplied as well. We offer a queen bed in the master suite with a full sofa sleeper in the living room. Flat screen TV’s in both living & bedroom with digital cable and free Wi-fi. The living room opens onto a balcony/deck overlooking 2 pools with direct OCEAN views. The kitchen is fully equipped & stocked with everything you will need for light meal prep. This villa is conveniently located on the 1st floor with minimal steps up to the front door. There is a ramp as well as elevators. Ocean Dunes also provides luggage carts for unloading & loading your personal belongings.
Villa offers an in-room washer/dryer unit as well as beach necessities provided for your use. We recommend Mike's Bikes for bicycle rentals.
