The tiled kitchen is open to the great room with fireplace and there are three decks to relax on. The living area is spacious. The master bedroom and bath are large. The guest bedrooms are big and each has its own bath. The dining room seats 6, the breakfast area seats 4 and the bar seats 4. Flat Screen TV's are located throughout for your enjoyment, all equipped with free cable.Â

1. The number of guests/visitors is limited to 2 persons per bedroom - additional 2 people on the sleeper sofa in the Living Room.
2. Guests/visitors may NOT have any pets.
3. Garbage must be bagged and tied before putting in trash cans on front porch.
4. Articles of clothing, beach/pool towels etc. may not be hung from balconies or porch walls.
5. No one shall make or permit any noise that will disturb or annoy the occupants of any of the villas.

Ideal for the quiet, relaxing getaway.
