The beautiful Azure Blue pool fenced by the decking and situated between the Atlantic Ocean and the house. Both the dining area and open kitchen have large ocean views. The dining area seats fourteen people and shows a grand chandelier, handsome marble counters, dazzling antique table and hardwood floors.
There is a well-equipped kitchen with all modern appliances including an Advantium Microwave/Convection oven, a 4 burner Thermador professional gas/electric range, 2 coffee pots, a super silent GE dishwasher, a GE double door refrigerator and a travertine tiled bar. There is a refrigerator and outdoor built-in grill. A brand new wooden walkway leads from the lawn of Yellow dog.
