Loved the condo & the mgt. co., but...alligators!
We loved the condo and getting to stay right on the beach for what we thought was a reasonable price. It was clean, the bed was comfortable, and we had plenty of room and all we needed. Very satisfied with condo!I also really liked working with Sea Turtles Getaways. They were fantastic from early on in planning all the way through the trip.One thing I want to mention is that there are alligators living in the body of water you see right there between the condo and the pool. We watched them swimming by and even crawling up onto the banks. There is no fencing to keep them in. I understand that alligators are protected and even treasured in these parts. I just would have liked to have known that we were going to be walking right past them, mere feet away from them on our way to the pool or beach. There's an attitude among locals of, "Just don't bother them and they won't bother you." I get it. Still, I'd like to have known prior to planning the trip.That being said, as the week went by, "alligator watch" from our balcony became a fascinating event.

Lovely view!
The view is awesome. That’s the main draw of this property. The rest of the place is dated and could use a scrubbing and renovation. Kitchenware is sparse and doesn’t seem terribly clean and do not look under cabinets it’s gross. But the furniture and beds are comfortable and again the view...Ladies at rental place were wonderful as well!

Good week away
Pleased with the property location and all amenities surrounding the property. Access to the beach and pool were great. Property had some minor issues but nothing that would keep from having an enjoyable week. Property was located conveniently to shops, restaurants, grocery, and marina.

Location is awesome
The location and views are awesome. The property is nice - it was clean and comfortable - but extremely dated and in need of painting and new carpet.

Great stay for long labor day weekend.
Overall we were very satisfied with our choice to stay here. The place itself is a fine beach condo in a great location. The beach access is between two very crowded access points so on a holiday weekend we had much more room to spread out than the people down the beach in either direction. The furnishings were all adequate and comfortable for our family of 3. We cooked all of our meals in the kitchen which certainly wasn't fancy but had all the basics. The wifi was fast and reliable so e-learning and remote work were no problem. The property is very nice and while we typically don't take time to go to the pool when at the beach, we really enjoyed it while staying here.We had one issue upon arrival that the AC was not working on one of the hottest days of the year. We thought there was no way it would get fixed the same day but a very tired tech made it out that evening around 10PM and got it working for us. We were extremely grateful. Unfortunately this gentleman did not wear a mask while in the condo which we weren't thrilled about so we just kept our distance.Overall a very relaxing stay and would stay here again.

Outdated and musty
The room smelled very old and misty when we arrived. The beds were old, lumpy, and comforters were extremely low quality/ old. Reminded me of a ramada room from mid 90s. The lights in kitchen didn't work. The wifi didn't work, though I was asked to call the cable company to fix it. Tip: don't ever tell your guest to call the cable company on their vacation. 90% of plates were China, meaning non microwaveable. The outdoor furniture was rusted (though someone put some siran wrap and foil on the legs). This left rusted metal pieces on the porch and the furniture itself was filthy. I could go on but I'll stop. Please understand I'm not the person who complains a lot but this place was by far worst I've rented. And we do this twice a year.

Family vacation
Really nice condo and wonderful grounds and beach. We had problem with the cable TV on a holiday weekend. We called and had two men there to fix is within a couple of hours. Could not ask for better service.

Barrington court 210
Okay. place is not as nice as most of properties we have stayed at in Hilton Head. Pictures , old flower arrangements need to go. Microwave light not working over stove, dishwasher was not emptied when we got there. Wadded toilet paper,dirty, on seat when we got there. Sheets didn't feel clean, bathroom didn't look real clean. missing a washcloth for main bathroom. All in all, a disappointment. Best thing was we were able to do a late checkout - rental people at Sea Turtles very professional and nice. For the price, unit needs serious updating.

July 4th Review
The location of this unit is great, and Palmetto Dunes is always a favorite! The property management team was very helpful and everything was easy even though this was a last minute booking by us. The unit itself is very dated and needs renovation work especially the kitchen. While there was an ample supply of glasses, I would suggest replacing almost everything else including the appliances. For the rental rate and location we expected much more.

Nice beach get-away
We were pleased with the facility and the location on Hilton Head Island. The beach area was good. The condo was roomy. Nice flat screens in bedrooms and living room. Overall the condo was clean. The sheets and bedding were clean and plenty of towels. (The dishes were a bit dirty and stained). We rented bikes through Hilton Head Outfitters and enjoyed riding them on the beach and around the island. We also enjoyed the sunset dolphin tour through Outside Hilton Head. We also enjoyed dinner at Skullcreek Boathouse Restaurant.
