Great location right on the beach
Stayed here with my husband. 2nd year staying in this condo and it was great both times. You can't beat the price for the location right on the beach. Great for kicking back relaxing with a drink. Deck is great and so is the pool.

A great week on the coast!
This was our first vacation to this area and we loved it! The condo was very comfortable and the location was perfect. We found the owner to be super easy to work with and the community to be welcoming and friendly. We found dozens of restaurants and enjoyed all of them. All in all, it was a great vacation!

Garden City Condo Vacation

Great location and clean condo!
We decided to go to the beach last minute before the 4th of July holiday. We call Kim and he had a cancellation and was so great and easy to work with. The condo was clean and I love the location in Garden City. Excellent place to stay and visit!

Great location
Perfect beach vacation place for myself, wife, and adult child (22 years old). The owner was great to work with and very responsive to any questions. His place was very clean and fully equipped. Location was perfect. Porch was awesome to sit on any time of day/night to see and hear the ocean. Although advertised for 6, in my opinion the maximum # of adults to fit comfortably is 4. That said, a family with small children could probably fit 6. I would definitely rent this place or one of the same owner's other places next door (in Waters Edge). He's a very trustworthy person to work with

It was the absolute best family vacation
Our 5yr old broke his arm 4 days before this trip, so you can imagine our concern and hesitation in continuing forward with our beach getaway. That said, I write this review now, at the conclusion of our trip. It was the absolute best family vaca we've experienced yet! My entire family LOVED the condo: interior (lovely beach-themed decorations) exterior, balcony (w a FANTASTIC close-up view of the Atlantic and the worlds most comfortable hanging canopy/chair!!!), and the overall location: so convenient to everything we love about coming down here - friendly people everywhere but not at all too crowded fit our little one. -Within 10-20min from every cool touristy thing (if you're into that) too! Thanks so much, Kim!! We intend to make this trip to this specific condo a part of our yearly traditions for years to come!! Reader: Don't wait and don't miss out on this spectacular (and affordable) opportunity!!

Perfect Vacation
My husband, mother-in-law and I had a wonderful vacation at your condo. It was so nice to get to meet you in person while you were in Garden City. The condo was great. Beautifully decorated with the beach theme. I felt right at home. We especially enjoyed being so close to the beach. The weather was great and beach was not crowded. Everything we needed was at our fingertips. Fully furnished kitchen with everything we needed. And the hammock on the deck was a special treat. Enjoyed listening to the waves while drinking morning coffee and dozing while on the deck. The only complaint we had was when we had to leave!!! Would love to come back again and we highly recommend this condo for a peaceful and relaxing vacation. Thanks to Kim and his wife for helping us have a great vacation.

Perfect week at the beach
My husband and 2 kids and I had the BEST week at your condo. It was clean and comfortable and had everything we needed. I loved drinking my morning coffee in the hammock chair on the balcony while looking at the ocean! Being literally on the beach made it so easy to go back and forth between the beach, pool, and condo with 2 little kids. We can't wait to stay again!

This was our first stay at this condo
This was our first stay at this condo...it was excellent! Everything was even nicer than it looked online! It was clean, comfortable, and we especially enjoyed the kitchen being well-equipped, as well as the tvs in both the living room and bedroom. Being right on the beach was wonderful...you could hear the ocean, and walk the beach in a flash. We enjoyed the Garden City location, as it is just a little ways south of the more hectic center of Myrtle Beach, yet close to the state park, shopping, restaurants, etc. We even got a trip in to see Charleston. Best of all it was a wonderful, relaxing getaway from the COLD Michigan snow and temperatures!

Our 1st Stay at Carolina Shores II
My husband and I are really enjoying ourselves in this condo. It is decorated in a lovely and cozy beach environment depicting its many seashore artifacts. It is clean, kitchen friendly to cook, wi-fi hookup, large TVs with much sunshine, blue skies and the beach a few yards away. Excellent location to churches, restaurants, state parks, but privacy prevails to relax and enjoy the beauty of South Carolina

Excellent.. Great Place to Relax and Unwind!
Thank You so much for sharing your condo with us. It was everything you told us it would be. We found everything we needed to make our vacation enjoyable.. Flat Screen TVs, WIFI, Nice Stereo..and the swing on the balcony was absolutely fantastic. You guys thought of everything to make things easy for us..Even the small things like the key-less entry system on the front door. We enjoyed the relaxing atmosphere in Garden City. Lots to do. We had a wonderful time!!

A Vacation to Remember
We recently stayed at the Water's Edge Resort in Garden City, SC. The owner's have decorated their condo beautifully in a sea shore motif. The view from the 7th floor was exquisite; the sunrises and sunsets were beautiful to watch from the our deck. Our unit was extremely clean and provided us with all the comforts of home; comfortable furniture, washer, dryer, flat screen TV's in the living room and bedroom and the kitchen was well stocked with all that was needed to prepare and serve our meals. Every day we enjoyed sitting on the beach watching the waves, walking along the shoreline looking for shells, swimming in the pool and relaxing in the hot tub. We had a fabulous vacation and we hope to return to the Water's Edge in the near future.

WONDERFUL STAY!!!
This was my family's first real vacation and this was the perfect room for us. The balcony swing was to die for. I fell asleep in it a couple times. Just standing on the balcony when we arrived and watching my boys take their first steps into the sand and into the ocean was a memory i will not soon forget. Love this room and hope we can come back again this year. Thank you for such great hospitality

Garden City condo
Very nice accommodations. Bunk beds were plenty big enough for our teenagers. Kitchen had everything that you needed to cook and prepare a meal with. Owner even mailed back something we had forgotten. He was very attentive to us having a good vacation. Would recommend this unit to anybody.

Rent This Beach Condo In Garden City, South Carolina. (10 Minutes South Of Myrtle Beach). It’s relaxing, enjoyable, fun, and affordable!!
The building is right on the beach. The Condo is on the fourth floor offering an absolutely great ocean view. (See Picture Above.)
Don’t worry about climbing stairs with all of your stuff. The elevator lets you off within just a few feet in front of the door. This allows for easy access to the beach and pool.
The Condo itself sleeps six. There is a master bedroom with a queen-size bed and ample closet and drawer space for your clothes and other belongings. The master bedroom is also equipped with a 32 Inch Flat Screen TV.
The couch in the living room rolls out into a queen-size bed and there are two bunk beds adjacent to the dining area.
The comfortable, fully furnished living room has a super entertainment center that includes, Wireless Internet, a 42 Inch Flat Screen TV with Cable, DVD Player, Surround Sound, Play Station, CD Player and Great Stereo System.
The bathroom has a bathtub for relaxing with a really great shower you’re sure to enjoy!
The kitchen is fully equipped with all the pots, pans, dishes and utensils you’ll need. The refrigerator has an ice maker to keep your beverages cool. In addition to the stove, there’s a microwave, toaster, coffee maker, and more.
The large balcony has a great swing that’s easy to lose yourself in. It’s a great place to sit any time of day or night and take in the ocean air...And did I mention the view is wonderful. We must not forget the large pool right on the ocean. It’s marvelous!!
