Spring Weekend in Philadelphia
We stayed at the "Picasso Loft" while in Philadelphia for a family wedding. The owners made it so easy for us to access the apartment and upon arrival were so pleased with how clean and bright and fun it was. The kitchen was very well stocked, even though we did not do much cooking. The location is awesome. Parking is the only challenge - but there's no need for a car - so we parked in a garage and walked everywhere. We highly recommend this rental!

Very functional rental - great location
This was a fine place for us to bring twin 13 year old California kids to experience Philadelphia history. The location is the best, surrounded by the historic neighborhood with great resources. No car is needed. Excellent restaurants, transportation and culture near y.

Picasso Loft is a spectacular, very spacious, unique light-infused space that is ideal for luxurious vacation or business stays, with a large desk for two and free wireless. It is ideal for visiting and cooking with friends while ensuring privacy as well. No large parties allowed and maximum of six may sleep here. No PETS, NO SMOKING and no large parties or noise or security deposit is forfeited as this is a residential building.
Located in Old City Philadelphia, this fully furnished loft is over 2,000 square feet and offers the utmost luxury for the discerning traveler. Two bedrooms, each with a queen-size tempurpedic bed and private full bath and 100 ft. apart - ideal for business travelers to share. Bedrooms accommodate 1-2 people. A third queen sized bed is located in the TV area, thus not a private bedroom. Picasso loft sleeps 3 to 6 total depending on sharing the 3 total beds. Above 4 people, fee is an additional $25 per person per night.
Large open spaces perfect for relaxing, watching TV, cooking, working, entertaining. Top of line, fully stocked kitchen, Viking gas stove, double oven, 12 ft island with 6 barstools. Dining table seats 10. Free internet, 52” HDTV with DVD, central air, washer and dryer, and hair dryers in both bathrooms. Sheets and towels provided of course!
