There enough room to accommodate groups of up to 10.House is less than 2 hours away from NY, has HVAC system,and a stone fireplace, the wireless internet The top floor has: master bedroom with a king size bed and the big bathroom/Jacuzzi; 2 bedrooms; and a full bathroom.In the middle floor: kitchen with comfortable dining area; spacious living room with fireplace and Sony 3DTV Bose system; Apple TV ,and a cozy Florida room.On the bottom floor, there are 2 bedrooms, bathroom, sauna, washer and dryer and the separate playroom full of toys, books.From the kitchen area and Florida room you can enter to the comfortable deck with dining area, BBQ grill is leading to the private backyard with trampoline, sandbox. Where all adults and children can relax and enjoy their time.If you want have FUN out of a community, we have all flyers in the house about interesting places you can visit. Some of them are Waterfalls, Private Space Farms Zoo & Museum where you can see the private collection of old cars and more incredible things, or Turtle Back Zoo. In winter time, it is more fun skiing, tubing, or just sledding.
