Become one with nature in this serene, rustic setting. This charming 800 sq. ft. ranch home is the perfect getaway, located on a wooded lot in a private community. You have full access to all ammenities within the community. Enjoy indoor/outdoor swimming pools, beach/lake area with pavilion, (bring your non-motor boat), tennis courts, volleyball and basketball courts, children's playground, game room and much more.
Our home comes furnished with brand new beds, 1 king size, 1 queen, and 1 twin murphy bed. One full bath with main entrance and can also enter from master bedroom, detachable showerhead and cabinet with soft close drawers.
Just bring the food! The kitchen is fully equipped with coffee maker, dishes, utensils, dishwasher, microwave, oven, stove, refrigerator, toaster oven, griddle, kitchen island, pantry items, and washer/dryer. There is a propane heated fireplace in living room, satellite TV, built-in CD player, ceiling fans and skylight in living room, towels, pillows, blankets & linens provided. No wi-fi or internet is available at this time.
Outside: deck off kitchen, backyard with fire pit, picnic table & propane grill. Deer wander onto the property daily, so get your cameras ready, they will pose for you, but please do not feed them.
Community Ammenities: Enjoy the community outdoor swimming pool in the summer months, and indoor pool, hot tub and sauna in the winter months. Also enjoy a beach/lake area with pavilion, (bring your non-motor boat), tennis courts, volleyball and basketball courts, children's playground, game room and exercise room. PLEASE NOTE: Indoor pool is only open Sat. & Sun. from noon - 4pm during select months throughout the fall/winter seasons. Please check availability with us before booking.

The area offers a great deal of activities for the outdoor enthusiast. Many hiking trails, biking, canoeing, kayaking, horseback riding, adventure parks, skiing, and golf all within a short drive.
We are less than 10 minutes to Bushkill Falls, 12 miles from Shawnee Ski, 19 minutes to Dingmans Falls, 30 minutes to downtown Milford, PA, 50 minutes to Mount Airy Casino, 50 minutes to Kalahari Resorts, and about 45 minutes to Camelback.

All Guests must abide by these rules with no exception. Guests agree to repay Owners for any damages or expenses that are caused by the Guests. This includes expenses above and beyond the Security Deposit collected:
Pets (of any kind) are not allowed on premises
No smoking in the interior at anytime. Smoking is permitted outside away from the home. Please do not throw cigarette butts on the ground
Parking on property lawn is NOT allowed
Granite countertops should only be wiped with dish detergent and water
No cutting on the stovetop or countertops
DO NOT put food or oil down any drain
or toilet
No loud music outdoors
Spills must be wiped up immediately
Only use appliances for their intended use and only run appliances when present
No fireworks at any time
No candles inside at anytime
No cutting of trees
No shooting of firearms on the Property
No littering, no matter how small the item
No killing, feeding or disturbing wildlife on the Property
Turn lights out that are not in use, including outside spotlights
Do not leave wet shoes or towels on the floor. Any wetness on floor needs to be wiped up immediately
Fireplace should only be on when present.
Other amenities: The Clubhouse features a game room with a ping-pong and pool table.

Cancellation Policy: Please ask the owner or check their rental agreement when booking the property.
Deposit will be 100% refunded within 10 business days after Guest’s departure, if the Property is left in good condition
Payment Options: Cashier's Check, Money Order, PayPal, Personal Check
Cancellation policy: 100% refund if canceled at least 30 days before arrival date. 50% refund for cancellations at least 14 days before arrival date.
Terms of payment: A deposit of 50% of the total rent is required within five (5) days from the date you make your reservation. We will hold these dates for five (5) business days. Reservations will be automatically cancelled after five (5) days if payment is not received. Payment in full is required on or before thirty (30) days prior to arrival date. Personal check, traveler’s check, cashier’s check or money order is accepted. Checks and money orders must be made payable to Owner. Reservations made less than thirty (30) days prior to arrival require immediate full payment (personal checks not accepted). Pay Pal is accepted, but additional charges may apply.
Damage Deposit: Guests shall pay the owner a refundable Damage Deposit of $200.00 due on or before thirty (30) days prior to arrival. The Damage Deposit shall be paid by check, cashier’s check or money order made payable to Owner. The Damage Deposit will be 100% refunded within 10 business days after Guest’s departure, if the Property is left in good condition.
